  • Alright there! Have you tried - fast abs magic (do a google search)? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my father got hot 6 pack abs and lost lots of fat with it.

  • IF U PEOPLE WANT SOMETHING THAT REALLY WORKS LET ME RECOMEND U SOEMTING THAT WORKED FOR ME "natalie17953.eliteweightlosspackage.co"

  • What? Huh? I can't hear you because of the music in the background!

  • lei kong mei aa

  • This video is extremely helpful

  • fruits have carbs , so its best to limit intake on fruits

  • hard to digest speeds up metabolism is very poor words of choice. just eat healthy and work your ass off, its better to run hard for 7 mins then to do a light jog for 15 mins. harder and shorter burst workouts- (thats what she said) trust me it works

  • Yeah, I think I'm going to go on a strick diet with more raw foods like the veggies and fruits and eat lean meat and fish. I need to start eating breakfast again. I'm 14 and want to lose about 30 pounds to help with future tumbling/cheerleading and to relieve stress of my right knee (my leading leg) which I strained a few years back and still gives way here and there but very little roll actions now.

  • where did this come from, lmao

  • Music = turn off!

  • it would be even cooler if all you did was eat a fruit then go parkour running

  • eating vegetables makes you lose weight?

  • bull shit

  • Bannanas are actualy a high glycemic carb, which are better taken after workouts with protein to help transport the protein and AA's to broken down muscle fibers.

  • @JByrd317 true. but bananas are also good before because of the potassium that help with your synapses of muscles and b vitamins that give you energy to go as hard as you need to. the thing is tho, if you eat any fruits before working out it could upset your stomach because of the acids in the fruit.

  • @ fat-crusher . com there is a great video that shows how to lose weight

  • so what your saying is eat healthy and excercise?......................WHO WOULDVE THOUGHT!, ROCKET SCIENCE, PURE ROCKET SCIENCE!

  • @ausguy707 too bad thats the fucken way to get fit and look good.

other ways only work if you follow the diet 100% do the shit yourself stop being lazy the video is informational

they are explaining how foods increase metablosim and also gives some examples. Nature gave us these gifts and weve ignored them and as a result we get fat as a punishment.

  • @ausguy707 lol ur right XD

  • Ima just wondering do ya got a boyfriend O.o lol

  • You sound sexy ^^

  • what about bananas

  • HuH! I dont Know, Calories are not just used for Digestion, You also need them for Movement and everyday functions, If you dont get enough calories your body will go into starvation Mode, and actually gain Fat...............I Wish it would be easy, there is just so much different information out ther Confusing!!

  • That's actually very misleading. "Starvation mode" is just the point where the body slows down the metabolism because it isn't getting enough food within a certain time-frame. However, the movements that one does *do* take the same amount of energy to do (yah laws of Physics!). Whether or not one gains fat depends if one is eating above or below that "starvation mode" point. It also depends on the pattern of eating.

i.e. It's not nearly as simple as you are making it out to be.

  • @vipsamsam Your body won't go into starvation mode because of the fiber. ;)

  • SO LISTEN TO THIS TO GET IN THE MOOD OF MEDITATION IN ORDER TO ELEVATE YOUR CHAKRA TO THE MAXIMUM hahahahaha

  • so if we swallow sugar free gum, would that be good for us? like make us thinner O.o

    LMFAO

  • I don't know about this one. To say that vegetables in general are high in fiber and will "burn" calories by eating them is very misleading.

The glycemic index (GI) is a better reference system, and will even change for a certain veggie depending on how it's cooked.

The GI of steamed carrots (like it's suggested)> GI raw carrots. The greater the GI the worse it is for you.

And using the grapefruit as another example seems to be endorsing the grapefruit diet. And what about exercise?

  • creepy music but good video

  • Oh My God! This is the best video i have ever seen. I think it could win an oscar.

  • Do bananas count in this? Or are they higher calorie? Just wondering why they arent included

  • OMG!! I head they do have a bunch of calories!

  • average banana is 60 calories, and high in fibre.

  • @1999sb Average banana has twice the amount you say. So 120 calories. I know it's the ugly truth.

  • mmmmmmm the fruits make this process look easy.

  • great video advice, but the chick in this video sounds like she's got a stopped up nose

  • I love this video!!!

  • Sweet, I knew I needed to up the veggies and fruit.

  • So swallowing a rock will burn a lot of calories trying to digest?

  • I tried, it didn't work onlygunter.

    Informative Video though.

  • Hahaha, breakfast for champions.

  • @onlygunter hahaha

  • @onlygunter No it will get you stoned is all.

  • @onlygunter lmao

  • Amazing very informative. Thanks!

  • What about Protien and Fiber??

  • woow. thanks a ton! i can bur calories by actully eating all those great foods now! thanks!

  • omg, i sooo understand it now.

    :D

now, i can eat without even feeling guilty.

  • Excellent!

  • Interesting i need to eat more vegetable and fruit, next time i go shopping i'm getting me some fiber!!

  • I don't understand why people look up video's that show u how to do push ups, and think they will get results without tips like these.

    5 stars :))
