@JustSomeNoob1 - contrary to what a couple of people have said, I think you're referring to the paper he places right across the centre hole of the record? e.g. around the 6-minute mark. This is a quick fix for records which are loose round the central spindle - padding the hole make it move around less and so it's less likely to skip when scratching etc. I tend to do it in advance with my records using cut-up stickers but Rizlas work okay when doing it on the fly.

@idriveahyundai He's using a program where he's given the power to change songs on the computer in stead of switching vinyls, called Serato. What's incredible with Serato is that you can use any song you want and manipulate it by moving the vinyl, as long as you have the song on mp3. The computer plays the song in the way the vinyl moves. Serato has it's bad sides and good sides though. One downside with Serato is that if you move the vinyl really slow the song won't play, for example.
