'Old English' is not really a singular language, more a transient, constantly evolving concentration of various influences - mainly West Germanic and Norse - that reflected the immigration into the country. It even varied depending on whereabouts in the country you were in. Even in the same part of the country the language changed significantly over time.

Truth be told, I don't think you'd actually be able to learn it like you would say French or Spanish, as it's now incomplete.
