@andielee87 Hi, I think that it means when somebody is asking you, if your feet are cold (they are asking if you are having doubts). the song is 'my love has concrete feet' that it is saying that you are sure about your love for somebody. And then it is continuing 'my love's an iron ball'. So she is saying I'm sure and it is unbreakable
