Well, he's not really from Tokyo, but he does live in Japan (not sure where in Japan, to be honest) and he's not American. His name is Danny Choo. He lives in Japan, but was born in England and is of Chinese/Malaysian decent. He's also the son of a very famous fashion designer named Jimmy Choo.
