  • Gotta love it when people have a crappy internet connection or their browser cache is full, and they blame the video for not playing smoothly. :)

    Btw, I would probably put the shrimp on at about the time the meat came off, to give the meat some time to rest, unless I wanted to serve the shrimp as an appetizer, or serve it cold.
