  • Dracos are for chumps.

    REAL men use the Obrez.

  • I'd like one SBRed with an underfolder stock

  • Jesus, get that A2 birdcage off that Draco! They don't belong there! Put a krink muzzle break on there or something.

  • incredible video im getting one of these soon so im looking up everything i wanna do to it as soon as possible and i have to say ill be getting about 90 percent of what you said done to it i want a different fore grip because i want a 75 drum barrel with it and heard they get really hot plus a hallo site or something but im not sure about the 1100 straight off the bat love the pistol grip the safety and everything else though but i gota try and do that for cheaper i still wana buy my fullsize ak

  • can you run the tapco polymer mags in the mini or regular dracos

  • It looks amazing, but i dont see how in the world he will sale these things.. the price is crazy. Dress it up all you want its still a Draco... Great review tho brother

  • If I had F*** You money I'd get one just cause its a Krebs but I don't so I ain't.

  • thats a sweet deal for 200 bucks.

  • Also, the reason why a Krebs is more expensive than a regular Mini-Draco is because one of the best AK gunsmiths in the country goes over it to make certain the damn thing works before selling it. Especially since Century is notorious for bad QC. The term "assembled by drunk monkeys" comes to mind.

  • @RaderizDorret All Century does is put an import mark on this weapon. This pistol is 100% Romanian. The Krebs isn't any more accurate or reliable.

  • @esh325 So the trigger job, smoothing of the action, etc Marc Krebs does doesn't improve function? Also, I have personal experience with CAI rifles. Canted sights, magwells that are out of spec, etc. Please note that Century has to modify a lot of their shit to make it legal for sale in the US per 922(r). By the time you take a base Century and clean it up to the point of the gun shown in the vid, you'll be out at least 1200-1500 bucks, maybe more depending on the smith.

  • @RaderizDorret You don't seem to understand. The draco is a pistol and 922R compliance does not apply to pistols. Only to rifles. There are no mag wells that are out of spec here. It's 100% Romanian made. If the trigger bothers you, then just buy a TAPCO trigger. I've never heard of DRACOS being unreliable. So I do not see his modifications making a huge differernce in reliability.

  • @esh325 And I've seen a lot of Century's products fail with first-hand experience. Forgive me if I'm willing to spend the money to have a smith go over a weapon from a company that is known to be hit-or-miss with QC to make sure it works. The video lists the following: relatively poor finish, rough edges, bolt that tends to bind, etc.

  • @RaderizDorret If they failed and were not modified by Century for 922r, then that has nothing to do with it being a Century arms product. Century arms is also an importer. The only thing they did to this pistol was put an importers mark on it. Any problems it has is from the Cugir factory in Romania.

  • @esh325 So, you've got a new finish, custom action/trigger job, custom handguard, sling swivel, modified sights, new pistol grip, and a new flash hider added to the gun and the final price is around 1100. If you were to take a base Draco and have a smith do all this, you'd easily spend upwards of 1300-1800 on the project depending on the parts used and the smith doing the work.

  • @RaderizDorret The finish holds up fine. I've owned a WASR before. The trigger is fine also. The rest are just frivolous additions for what is ultimately just a "toy"

  • @esh325 And the WASR is what I would call a "bargain basement" AK. I stand by my statements the Century is hit or miss. Especially when people who work on the damn things for a living say the same thing. Saying "mine works fine" is a sample size of one. I've seen more than my share of WASRs not work properly. As for the gun in the vid being a "toy", it would make one hell of an SBR. 7.62x39 in a gun the size of an MP5. Hardly what I'd call a "toy".

  • @RaderizDorret The WASR's do have sporadic quality and do vary from same to sample, yes. But a lot of the things that plague a WASR do not plauge a Draco. No mag wobble because it's already widened from the factory. I should not have compared it to a WASR.

  • @esh325 I actually agree with you that if all Century does is stamp their name on the Dracos, then it should be fine. Problem is I don't trust Century not to fuck with something. Too many bad experiences dealing with them. Ditto other manufacturers like Taurus and the like. On the other hand, I've had damn good experiences with HK (because I don't suck and HK doesn't hate me). Perhaps it makes me a bit of a snob, but I tend to go for the best quality for anything I buy, that way I only buy once.

  • @esh325 Also, Century's business model is "sell as much as we can" and therefore quality suffers as a result. They can put out a good product, but their average quality is hit or miss. Sometimes they have a good rifle. Other times it's way the hell out of spec. If your rifle works, fine. Rock on. I'll just stick with Arsenal SLR/SGL series, Krebs, and the like for my AKs.

  • @RaderizDorret I had the opportunity to handle one of these and I assure you it is no more a Century product then I am Barry Obama. The receiver, barrel and gas tube are Romanian. Everything else is either made by or added by Krebs. Everybody is comparing apples to oranges. There wouldn't be any bitching if it was called the Krebs Custom Krinkov pistol.

  • "Useless"? What's useless about a gun that when fully SBR'd gives you 7.62x39 Soviet in a package around the size of an MP5?

  • Great firearm for the dirt shooters on youtube.

  • love that fireball

  • not too shabby... Krebs wants too much for what it is though. safety selector switch is great upgrade, have 1 on my draco...

  • Idk what ole marc krebs is smoking but I imagine only rich tacticool tards will purchase this. There really isnt enough he has done that somebody with the right tools and knowledge could do for around 150 bucks or less themselves. This is WAY overpriced, id rather sbr a draco reg for around 700 bucks total than a oversized pistol that had some dremel work, some drilling, and recoat of certain areas for 1200 bucks

  • You're vids keep getting better and better with regards to production. Very nice work!

  • Nice to see you're taking full advantage of your rights living in a free state.

  • Man that is nice, so small and compact but still dishing out the 7.62X39. How is the recoil on it? Looks manageable and fun.

  • Just so you know the krebscutom link is messed up.

  • CCW ???? @LOL

  • $500.00 for the base pistol, $200.00 in parts, Probably 10-12 hours of smithing, dealer paid federal excise tax, and gasp, dealer profit. $1200 sounds like a pretty good deal considering how KREBS weapons hold their value.

  • sbr that fucker!!!

  • those cutouts are too noisy 4 me.

  • I won't accept this as a real AK47 until you catch the hand guards on fire.

  • Excellent review

  • Wondering when this'll be an SBR

  • Is this a commercial or a review?

  • Bet that thing is LOUD

  • If you can afford it, why not! 100% made in Romania and then have a quality gunsmith add finishing touches to it, what more would you want other than it to be Russian.

    Gimme gimme gimme!

Would love to SBR my DRACO and have Krebs detail it.

  • man i just dont see $700 hundred dollars in improvements but im a cheap sob

  • is the barrel threaded for an actual A2 1/2-28 FH?

  • do they got rails for the Mini Draco?

  • @RatsDogs666 Yes. Midwest Industries makes rail systems for the standard Draco as well as the mini.

  • @RagnarsHeir thanks man!

  • @RatsDogs666 Clarification. The M.I. rail for the AK can be used for the standard Draco.

  • Sweet little AK, also I never get tired of that cool intro animation, who ever did it, did it well. :)

  • Those are some of the finest looking AKs i've seen in quite awhile, almost makes me want to go out and buy an AK. Great review as always, keep up the good work.

  • That thing looks like a lot of fun!

  • Wait, It gets smaller than the Draco? LOL

  • Sounded more like a commercial than a review.

  • $1100 for a $350 dollar pistol...um, no thanks

  • @DaytonaRoadster Most drive bye shooters would love this weapon but the price is too high for the average gang banger drug dealer.

  • It's hard to justify that price for a toy.

  • Your videos are WAY better than anything that's currently on the outdoor channel! Keep up the awesome-ness.

  • Great editing

  • I wish I could afford one!!!

  • 1,100+ dollars? No thanks.

  • @Mortalcoil100, it's not meant to be a rifle, it's for CQB at very close ranges, much like a handgun, but with much more firepower over a handgun.

  • Please tell me you are doing an underfolder with this one

  • Nice video as always. And, it is beautiful rifle... very nice. Other than concealment, I don't understand what it'd actually be useful for. Firing from the hip is a great look, but no aim. And, there's no stock to shoulder it with to get good aim.

  • Great production value

  • awesome

  • Very well done video, my friend! Makes me love my Kalashnikov styled rifle even more. This design will never be outdated as far as I am concerned. I would even trade one of my high quality ARs for a finer AK variant. Keep up the awesome videos. Rock on !

  • Beautiful review! You've really kicked up the production value on these. Keep it up!

  • how do you think it will work as a SBR?

  • 1:55 FUCK YEA

  • i like the new style, very well done video. the gun is pretty cool too, but ill probably just stick with buying the full size draco pistol and sbr it.

  • Wow $1200 is pretty pricey for this pistol. They are around $400 new. Not sure there is $800 worth of work that went into it.

  • I want a Draco but everywhere is out of stock except Gun Broker and they got the prices jacked up. Good review the Draco's are awesome.

  • throw a red dot on there and a hand stop to keep from blowing a hole in your hand and that would be uber sexy... you gotta make a more in detailed video on the sbr process man! otherwise I'll cry...

  • what's the point of that flash hider anyway?

  • I'm curious how much velocity you get from such a short barrel? Cool review, thanks!

  • @makun16 We took the PACT chronograph out there but the darn thing was dead. Nothing I did would bring it back to life, I kept getting the "no start signal" error. So it's going to be featured in a Sure Shot video and I've ordered a new Chrony. I will find out what the velocity hit is and report back to you guys.

  • @Sturmgewehre

I've had the same problem with my own PACT unit. It's really a PITA. I'm switching to Chrony as well.

AS for this weapon, it would make a VERY cool SBR.

  • man for $1199 i'll buy two and a 1000 rds of ammo

  • @MrRobertl1974

Yup......You can do alot of that work on your own and still have enough left over to buy 2 mini draco's

  • That pistol grip is horrible! It costs like $10 online,a friend of mine bought it for his draco and threw it away next day.Horrible ergonomics. Now he uses a hogue grip and its the best grip for the AK out there.

  • I like the way u did this video. Should do.them all this way it was a lot more entertaining =)

  • I wanna I wanna!

  • I like it . How much does it weigh ?

  • ahahahahaha $1199!!! you have got to be kidding me!! krebs is such a rip off! don't get me wrong, i'm a capitalist at heart, but that is a total rip off!! you can buy that gun online for $400. Mack, please tell me where the xtra $799 is in this build? seriously... i would like to know where you think the xtra $799 is that makes this gun worth it... i'm watching your vid again. maybe i missed something to justify a $1200 price tag...

  • Come back to me with a FAL pistol and we'll talk.

    wicked gun though..

  • Sweet pistol.

  • LOL. added to favorites @5:45

  • Love it

  • looks like im going to sbr another draco.

  • Can you buy a holster for it?

  • Thats is just AK Awesomeness

  • Link is broken in the description

  • Wicked CQB weapon!

  • Is it legal to add a forward vertical hand-grip???

  • @DIECASTER making it an AOW, a Form 1 would need to my filled out. IMHO Id just SBR it but then again the price is a bit up there...

  • What ammo do you use? I have used barnaul. No problem with that.

  • @pkbjorn35 I was using Brown Bear in this review, no issues.

  • MAC and Mark Krebbs a match made in heaven.

  • Lol. Define it like one will....it will never be a pistol. Its just a really short rifle :-)

  • Silly stockless rifle

  • @VicariousReality7 ...not for long. Give me 4 months or so.

  • @Sturmgewehre story of my life! that will be a TITS SBR!

  • @Sturmgewehre i t would look very nice w/ a triangle foulder

  • There is much to be said for just "leaving it as a pistol." Once you SBR it, you have to get permission from the government every time you cross state lines, and you can NEVER convert it back to a pistol.

  • these videos are getting better and better, tv quality production

  • Is the flash suppressor pinned or threaded?

  • @Montyfiable Threaded.

  • @Sturmgewehre thanks, if you made a bull pup system for this, would it be a sbr? For example, just put a fore grip with a connecting rod to the trigger so you can use the receiver as a butt stock.

  • excellent videography and production sturmgewehre!

  • You completely missed a Dual Weild opportunity. Lol

  • 1200$ holy balls...

  • It would be neat to make some sort of bull pup system for this. But being Canadian, I don't know if that is classified as an SBR or not.

  • Wow... that's an awesome looking Draco!

  • Man love what your doing to the format of your reviews

  • your videos are getting better and better, your at pro levels now. keep up the work!

  • Wow. I want....two.

  • Excellent review. You keep getting better and better.

  • Nice lookin Pistol

  • wew... 1199? Not to bad, I would definitely consider getting a SBR tax Stamp.

  • omg im first.... ive waited my whole life to be first on a youtube video

  • @KalashnikovKid762 LOL, that gave me a good laugh.
