These aren't Black Howler monkeys. Black Howler Monkeys have TAILS first of all, and they do not use the hand-over-hand climbing that is typical of the gibbons in your video. Howler Monkeys also sound more like dogs barking than the 'hooting' of the gibbons.
I know this call. These are siamangs, not black howler monkeys.
