its Sunspear skills, u need Nightfall to get it. If u hav it u need sec profession and go to sunspear great hall or kamadan and speak to hero skill trainer,

There are very few good Hard Mode farming builds. Due to AI, its damn near impossible to keep aggro in HM.

Hulking Stone Elementals cooperate mostly for purposes of farming. They break from heavey AoEs, but come back. You're better off solo-farming FoW in NM, to be honest.
