First of all:Who told you that the cornet-E is wired guided ("Fagot" and "Metis"are wired)?This already shows the your inadequacy.

Second:Javelin do not hit moving target,only standing,because he flying stupid trajectory fixed of gyroscope.

Third:Both device,capture time of target occurs simultaneously,since both are equipped with a thermal imager.Until no target capture, no shot.

BTW-Javelin,required cooling,before turning on, which, combined with the time for target acquisition, adds to 25-30 at the time of preparing the rocket for launch.
