@ailaG Nope. A Ganger only dissolves if its forced too. The ones left behind were forcefully dissolved by the sonic screwdriver which dissociated the cells, and the same was done to Amy. They cut the signal which caused them to fall apart. As long as the Doctor used a Ganger and didn't break the signal until it had been burned then there wouldn't be an issue. Though I'm beginning to think the Doctor really is shot, just not sure how he comes back.
