  • Isso e d+++++++. Quanta saudade da minha infância fica assistindo filme de Roy.

  • I've loved Palominos since I first saw the love and respect between Roy and his beautiful horse(s)).

  • This would be Trigger 2, if I remember correctly. He was the one that did the dancing and the stunts. They called him the Little Horse. Quite a character from what I've ready about him.

This is from the close of the Perry Como Show episode that they did. It also featured a couple named Martha Davis and Spouse and Gene Sheldon who played Bernardo on Walt Disney's Zorro. It was a very entertaining episode. I have a video cassette of it but it skips around now and can't really be watched.

  • A great slip of the finger when writing the vid's title. I was waiting to see Pooh Bear slide on and eat some honey !!!!!Hahaaa!

  • For your information: the Trigger you see in this clip is NOT the original Trigger.

Roy owned 3 palomino horses, they all appeared as Trigger in his westerns.

It's not so hard to determine which one is the original Trigger.

He had one white 'sock' at his left hind leg.

This horse shown here is named little Trigger.

Roy used that one during public performances.

The original Triggers real name was 'Golden Cloud'' , and he can also be seen in the Adventures of Robin Hood (1938) as Marian's horse.

  • The Great Roy Rogers and the World Famous Trigger...wow. What an amazing Horse...KUDOS to the trainer. Thank you for sharing this video...Awesome!!!

  • jajaja esta bien chistosoo ese baileee no lo conocia asta hoyy

  • I got to see Roy and Trigger at the fair in memphis about 1959 or 60. Great show. beautiful horse. Roy had rubber boots for trigger and took him into the hospital rooms of kids there. They wouldn't let anybody do that now. But it's just one example of what a really good person roy rogers was. he was the real deal.

  • @dandamagetoo That man was an inspiration. Trigger was 33 when he passed, in 1965

  • "THE BEAT"(Heart Hoof Drum) Roy Rogers

showed how music connects with both riders

and horses. In essence, he has set the stage

for others to be empowered in ways never

imagined before. Roy is a "LEGEND"!

  • To whoever posted this video; its so awesome!

Is it from a Roy Rogers show, which one, I'd like to see more of the dancing Trigger Jr.

    Thanks!

  • he loved that horse sooooooo much

  • Wonderful thanks for posting.

  • The horse Roy is riding is not Trigger, it's Trigger Jr. Trigger only had one sock on his hind left leg, and as you can see Trigger Jr has 4 stockings. Just thought I'd share :)

Huge fan of Roy and Trigger

  • @WWEdivaGemini I'm right in there with you, pal..

  • lol thats awsome!!!!i live in colorado meaning my grandparents are total bronco fans. In Roy Rogers musuem Trigger is stuffed. And the bronco on top of the staduim is an exact repcla of Trigger's pose in the musume. And now that we are done with my story. *Whitsle* whoooo Trigger your leaving me wanting more *claps*

  • What a great horse!!

  • Great clip, but Roy's georgeous palamino was called Trigger.

  • This is so cool, how responsive Trigger is to Roy's directions!

  • oh my! that was SO...COOL!

I'm afraid that one of my first thoughts whenever I watch horses perform in dances is "that must feel odd riding them while they are prancing like that" I think it would be fun and I LOVE horses! It's just, well.. I dont know how to put it!

  • Wow! What a horse

  • Dancing with the stars! Ole!

  • Trigger!
