HERE! you don't need to kill the strange creature. just talk to him when you have the lord vessel and it will unlock all the orange fog doors.

plz say somebody how can i open the gate on firelink altar i know when i must give all demon souls i give soul of seath the scaseles soul of gravelord nito and soul of four kings and nothing i must give another or what ? plz answer .

im so pissed right now. i might sound like a noob but i looked at so many videos now and i swear ive been every where in this game and im starting to think i might have to start over because i ended up getting to bosses that were suspose to have lord vessel but fucking killed them with good people on my side so not im thinking omg i must have fucked up my whole play time becuase i didnt beat the game correctly some one. either that or a solution i need one. fucking pissed.........

@MitchManPCs well its been a long time since i played, but i had gotten stuck for a bit before i figured out i needed to just jump in this pit. but best thing to do is just look up a dark souls guide and figure out where you are in it, would be a shame for you to get that far and not finish.

@MitchManPCs you don't get it just from killing the bosses, you have to talk to the princess in the room up the elevators after killing Smough&Ornstein in Anor Londo.

which fog door do you think is the correct one to enter first? the one past the catacombs, anore londo or past quellag in the hellish place?

@liquidrock2u londo is the easiest to get too if you already cleared that area, catacombs is a huge pain so you might want to save that one for last.

@ReviewZoneHD i find that funny because the catacombs was the first one i went threw... i think i went ther the fog door i'm not sure. i'm up to the boss with the multiple skeletons on it's body.

I've found boss fights easy in this game. Winning first time with most of them... Only real problem is that I am rubbish at finding my way around at times so I end up not knowing where to go, oops! I just got Seath but it'll probably take me awhile to find my way to Nito and the Witch, doh!

Ahh ok, I didn't recognise it the first time myself. The first door to open is the passage to Gravelord Nito via the Tomb of Giants. Does anyone know if it's possible to kill Nito by using the coffin in The Catacombs to reach him instead of this passage?

@TheHumilater thats the area thats pitch black past the catacombs, after you beat pinwheel. Complete pain to get down to it, putting the skull lantern in your shield hand to light some of the area helps tho

@furu4e you'll know when you get to that point because there will be nothing left to do, but you need to kill the bosses in anor londo as i stated in the description
