Use Windows Movie Maker if you have not done editing before. This was shot with an old Sony 3CCD VX3 Hi8 Camera. 15 years old and still a great camera. You will need to convert HI8 to digital. A DVD recorder deck for $150 and up will do.
Then import the video into your editing tool and crop the entire clip to get the audio track roll off of the bottom of your clip.
Export your final video to Windows Media format 2,000 KByts download speed. Then upload your final video.
Awesome blues Mark! Thanks for sharing ~ you know Summer and I need some of this great stuff here in the desert! You and the band should plan a trip to Cave Creek Coffee Company in Cave Creek, AZ! Miss you! T

My VX3 was stolen from me in 1995. It cost me $3000 new. Just recently another one in 2008 and it cost me $125 used.
Transfers made through RT Mac by Matrox or ATI AIW 9600.

Do you have any videos up on YouTube now that you made with it? I'd like to see them.
Thanks,

There's also a better way to convert Hi8 to digital.
Just get a cheap Digital8 camera and put in your Hi8 tape and capture on your camera.
The Digital8 camera will convert Hi8 to digital.
