Well actually, Ho-oh is the pokemon version of the Vermillion bird in Chinese mythology. So I think this WS is trying to be Byakko, Genbu, Seiryu and Suzaku. Even though it is a five hit, the animation shows 4 very different actions. Byakko being the claw and Suzaku being the bird. Then we can only imagine the vortex to be Genbu and the updraft to be Seiryu.
