  • I love that "ball pass" exercise (even though currently I can only do 5 of them), and the ball squat against the wall. Thanks for making these. I have this one plus 5 of your others and I'm doing all of them in sequence.

    and the FIRST thing I need a workout to be is doable..meaning something i WANT to do, and the ball makes it fun.

  • This is the only workout that I do not do. I just cannot be bothered to buy a body ball for four simple exercises. I do alternate exercises that mimic the same actions though.

  • Hey Gopi, dieting wont help you much. You have to increase metabolism with excercise. Start with a 30-40 min walk evryday for 2 weeks. Then increase it. On the diet side, avoid all the buttery indian foods. Eat more proteins like daal, egg or chucken. you can lose weight with diet and exercise.

  • you can train your abs every day but you got to give the rest of your muscles at least 1 day rest ;)

  • because your abs recuperate way faster than all the other muscles, which need about 36h (depends on the training) to recuperate

  • because scientific experiments prove so and because i experienced it myself :p when i started weightlifting i trained the same muscles over and over again every day and i didnt make any progress at all and now i train em 1 or 2 times a week and i make a lot more progress

  • @o6dude do you have six pack abs? if so how long did it take you to be able to see 'em? also, how did you figure out that you needed to stop training your muscles for that amount of time so to become visible?

  • ive got eight pack abs ;) ehm just 2 weeks or something because i have barely got fat ^^ if you wanna get nice abs, its good not to have much fat but if you wanna become big and muscled, having a lot of fat is good. someone told me i should give my muscles more resting time :)

  • @Emuniz26 there are 3 common sizes of balls. Use the 90 degree rule-When you are seated on the ball, feet flat on the floor, you want your hips and knees to form a 90 degree angle with one another. A ball 55cm or 21" usually fits a persons 5' 3" or less. Those 5' 4" to 5'9" normally use a 65cm (25") ball. Those 5' 10" and taller use a 75cm (29") ball.

  • part of making things happen is formulating ideas and sharing them...People say talk is cheap and action counts but really the two are both important parts of the equation. I think a lot of people never try to think of ideas because they feel ideas in the concept phase are impotent and ineffectual, and feel they don't have the muscle to get them into the action/physical realm, people should think about ideas and get them out there,

  • I love gym environments..all that cool stuff to play around with while at the same time I can improve my health, and self esteem...the only problem is that at the gym some of the guys can get a little too intense and serious so that you have to walk on egg shells..and when you have to do that the body becomes more ridgid and it isn't good to workout while feeling ridgid and self conscious..you can pull muscles like that...

  • thank you for doing videos with the body ball! i have one, and unfortunately, it sits in the corner! i haven't really done much with it other than bounce on it from time to time, now i can see how it can really be used!
