@sedorgard I do agree with you, but you would be surprised at the amount of people who cant understand that. eg. people that speak different languages, not used of the Scots accent.

why is there a translation to this? its easy to understand...........but im scottish so mabye thats easy fo me to say lol much respect to the scottish soldiers and all over soldiers who die for what we all take for granted

@bigmanoooo1 I ( a Californian) thought it was perfectly understandable, but my dad kept asking what various words meant, so, :P... I have always loved auld Scottish poetry though, so maybe that gave me an edge :D
It is such a beautiful song, means a lot to me, and also to my Papa who served in several wars. I have his ring to remind me of the places he has been and the things he has done.. you can clearly see it, the markings and also his blood stains.
