I have a question every time I shoot my gun it shoots fine but then it doesn't cock back and it makes a noise like if it was automatic. The gauge on the tank is at 2. So its not low air.

@xHybriiiDz ok, you need to put oil on your bolt, a lot of oil. Every problem with this gun is solved my tighten a screw or lube the bolt

this gun is extremely heavy duty and reliable, i play woods and ive done everysingle thing with it, ive fallen on poodles, mud and water down the barrel, sand on the cocker, played while snowing and no matter what it is it WILL keep on shooting so i highly recommend it

I own an MR1, it is amazing. I haven't had any issues with quality, I might chop a ball every 1000 rounds, but cleaning it takes five seconds if that happens(I've done it in field) It shoots accurately for any stock barrel I've seen, but I snipe so I upgraded, also swapped the stock for an M4-style stock, its 99% metal and just as indestructible as the 98c. Love it.

I have this same gun, except black. Its a great gun for beginners and recreational use, but if you plan on using it for more than that, I would recommend an invert mini. Not too expensive, but a deadly piece of equipment.

I have a spyer opus 50 caliber and theres not that many things for it. So ive been looking at the mr1 for a while and thinking of buying it. If i do buy it i will sell the opus. If i get 5 thumbs up i will sell it and buy the mr1.

The MR1 is a very good paintball gun, even for intermediate players. Put a Palmers Stab, Tacamo Arc Hopper, J&J Ceramic and a Psychoballistics Z Drop and get rid of the MR1 stock and you have yourself a very good non-electric spyder. It's what I use, and I love it.

I got a MR1 and am planning on buying a tippmann a-5. I say this gun is good. its cheap and basic. all you need to start paintballing. I do recommend that if there is one upgrade you would get for this gun it would have to be a proto primo hopper. there amazing :D

@timmyparker56 if it has spyder threads than yes, guns arnt made to fit barrels, barrels are made to fit the guns, meaning spyder have dif threads than tippmann, and dif from ions, and different from egos, u'd have to check

@ichigokurosaki15100 Uhmm i guess technically u dont need it, but u must understand if u dont have it, ur hopper will stick out at a 45 degree angle, making u a bigger target and also when u begin to get low on ammo it will not fire probably the last 20 to 30 balls because theyre not feeding right, so in my oppinion its essential to have the 45 degree elbow, but if u wanna run around carring ur gun at a 45 degree angle so the balls feed right thats your choice

Ive had my MR1 for about 3 years now. When i first bought mine it didnt even come in olive drab color.. Just black.. Its a super tough gun ive put it through alot.. Ive played around 100 games with it and all i have ever done to it is change the orings and springs.. Still works like its new.. Deffinantly a good gun for beginner paintballers.. Fairly good vid tho, should have gone more in depth in thorough cleaning..

I have a question, I have had a mr1 for two years now and have never been able to actually shoot it, and I would really like to get it working. It's in new condition, but I think the air doesn't go through the gun all the way, even with a full tank of co2 and no barrel attached it'll only shoot a paintball about 6 inches which I think it's just the spring pushing it. @riaan501 the o rings in your gun are messed up. get an o ring kit for the mr1 and replace them. make sure you know how to disassemble and reassemble it right before you do though

I have this question...when you take out the feeding neck you attach the hopper to there are a couple of screws and then a tiny rubber stopper to prevents the ball from rolling out the barrel every time it feeds into the chamber. any ideas on where to get another one of those little rubber pieces?

@boarder551 dude! is the stock on in the video?? and its a semi so its about as fast at u can pull the trigger but if it gets to fast the bolt will lock up, but all u have to do is pull the bolt back alittle
