Those anti-missile interceptors are for Russia I don't know why America is talking about North Korea and Iran. North Korea would rather launch a missile over Japan and not over Europe. Iran can only launch short-range missiles and those missiles would target Middle Eastern sites. So why would America put these interceptors next to Russia? Why waste all that money?
