It was unfair how the sectarian medias have bashed Dave before the public even bought the album. It's a great album come on, if it was another band who had written it it probably would sold over 20 million copies. Ok he got ejected after that, but gosh, be realistic, this is a fucking great song.

It's just Anthony. Dave rarely if ever sang when he was witht the band. He did sing on Velvet Underground's Heroin when they played it live. Flea took over more backing vocals and writing, inluding this song, which he wrote.

I just bought this album used for $5. Best $5 I ever spent. It replaces the cd I lost on a canoe trip. I brought a little boombox on the canoe and we tipped over. The cd is now at the bottom of a river somewhere in Missouri. Hopefully it will be discovered 1000 years from now and spark a new generation of RHCP fans.
