  • Have you thought about losing some weight. Maybe you can see your pistol belt then.

  • Aweful alias

  • Clint Eastwood really knows how to quiet a room, hes the real cowboy here.

  • thirteen people lost toes trying to quickdraw, lol

  • why does the gun sound so weak?

  • @IH8bigfish maybe he has light loads for practice purposes?

  • @hambone307 There is a required power factor. He can only go so low before he's not allowed to shoot in competition. Maybe they're loads just for the demo.

  • @hambone307 That would make sense.

  • Those bird fart loads wouldn't kill a cat.

  • bang bang bang

  • nah, he can't even see his holster over his belly

  • Okay ??? OKAY!!!!!

  • is that a .38?

  • @01misheel kinda looks like a silver 44. magnum

  • @YankeeFan284 naw i think it is too little to be a .44 mag

  • omg...lmao :0

  • @jejeboy11 I think you want a big dick.

  • @milkwad lol i think you want a dick cause you dont have one

  • Good shooting Kimosabee

  • very cool

  • so could i hold the trigger down and palm the hammer or is that aganst the rules?

  • anyone who watches this, is gonna become revolver ocelot:D

  • Where the hell has he got his trigger finger?!?!

Doensn't even know the basic rules of keeping it out of the trigger guard if you don't inted to shoot what you point the pistol at.

  • use two hand , two gun ,twicer faster ,if u, not handy capt .

  • how to get you speed up buy a double action.

  • Its not about beating others, its about beating yourself. Aside from my gutter mind, it was spoken like a true teacher.

  • whatta dumb wanna be.

  • cowboys didnt shoot with both hands on the revolver, that style wasnt developed till shortly after world war 2, I see why your doing it but dont call it traditional

  • @Kooletz71

WW2 instinct shooting - wide stance, crouch and 2 handed isosceles grip.

    Still taught to the Israeli’s.

  • @Kooletz71 my grandpa was born in 1890, and he said his pa taught him how to shoot.

he normally shot with two hands.

    callin' him a liar?

  • No recoil + Fatass = Not impressed.

  • @bull068 And just what would impress you?

  • Perfect.

  • Wolf, Your camera angle doesn't capture your foot position and that very necessary pivot on the cross draw to keep your barrel within the 170* rule. You also don't point out that you are pivoting (and it's hard to catch because it's very slight) so a new shooter will not clear 170* out of poor positioning... as I have seen many times. Very clear instructions and demonstration, good quality!!

  • kinda goofy/ common sense his thoughts on auto loaders is bull shit but none the less interesting to see a mormon speak.

  • whats that part between his ammo n guns???

  • He Looks Like Prospecter Pete From Toy Story 2

  • It didn't sound or look like a very large caliber bullet. You didn't mention earlier of a .22 cal.Is a .22 ,such as a Heritage cowboy .22 allowed in cowboy shooting? It sounds fun,but the bullets for the big guns are expensive.>45 L.C. goes for about $40 a box.I have the Berreta Peacemaker clone in .45 L.C.,but I could see it getting expensive for an all day shoot.

  • @westbrazos That's why a 1858 Remingtons and 1860/1851 colts are BETTER. It's cheaper to shoot...more realistic also. 8^) Roll your own paper cartridges for the colts or the remington AND the Remington has a built in speed loader that none of the later pistols match speed wise.

  • bang bang bang XD

  • what cal. was that?

  • @GIDAN2987

Cowboy loads are usually something like .45 Long Colt. Basically, they have a lead bullet, and have less grain, but at the time, rounds did not travel as fast as today's high velocity rounds.

Basically, a cowboy load is a slow, lead, round.

  • just glad the tagets dont shoot back, but i been hit by stray lead fragments lol. great sport and when that buzzer goes off behind your ears, i seem to forget what im doing. im gonna sign up for s.a.s.s. soon. gonna be fun.

  • Thanks for posting this Wolf, it was good to watch and I think I'll head down to the range near my house soon and give it a try.

  • CAS is a ridiculous game that has nothing to do with the real use of firearms. Attracts all sorts of introverts that believe this is what they did in the old west. If it wasn't for this funny event you yourself would not be interested in the shooting sports.

  • Finally intelligent life.

  • Mouse fart loads he he he

  • You obviously know nothing about Cowboy shooting to make such a stupid statement.

  • The Glock 18 is fully automatic (one trigger pull will empty the magazine). He is right that very skilled people can shoot a single action revolver faster than the slide will cycle on an automatic. Not many people can do that, though.

  • Bob Munden is retarded with his .45 single action colt!

  • He's wrong. Shooting "cowboy-style" has more disadvantages than that. A semi-automatic reloads faster, has MUCH higher magazine capacity, and accessory capability. There's not a single semi-automatic in existence that can't shoot ten times as fast as he just did. Anybody heard of the Glock 18? Yeah. I'd like to see him fire 1440 rounds per minute.

  • Your narrow minded rounds per minute view on shooting is very immature. Skill is obviously not your forte. That guy would kick your buy on skills.

  • Skill is more important to me than rate of fire, good sir. One well-placed bullet can do the job of a hundred careless ones. The higher the rate of fire, the less control you have over the weapon.

I'm saying that firing a single-action revolver faster than a semi-automatic can reset its slide is inhuman. The slide on a semi-auto moves so fast it can barely be seen by a human eye. That's the whole point of it; to shoot faster, reload faster, and have more shots than a revolver.

  • So what; what's your real point? Are you assuming a single action revolver as a carry defense weapon? Who ever said that? You're talking about a totally different subject; get on the right page.

  • No, I'm talking about the same thing I was talking about to begin with. He's wrong. It isn't physically possible for a human to shoot a single-action revolver that fast.

  • Why are his pants soo fucking high up ?

  • Damn boy, thats some gut you got there.

  • what a great phylosofy!

the onley limit is in the head!

  • somebody please tell me, where in the world can you get cheap factory loads for 45 colt?!?!?!

  • You load your own Cowboy loads.

  • I'm a liberal and I like guns.

  • Thanks, great video. You've done your duty to keep newbies (me) interested in taking up this sport - and I'm in California, where guns are VERY difficult to purchase and practice with.

  • Vote those liberals out in November 2010!

  • north or south? true the laws are more strict, but there are alot of ranges(indoor and out) and plenty of guns that are on the approved list and limited to a 10 round magazine(doesn't apply to revolvers).

  • @ttcherrick trust me man, guns are imposible to get in hamilton, in canada we have sooooo many gun laws it would make your head spin

  • What man? In Canada it's super easy to get a gun, not so much a handgun. Just go down to your local gun store, ask about all the info, where you can take the test, and all that non-sense, then you pay your fees, wait a while to get your licence, then buy a gun and get a short term ATT, so you can bring it home, then wait till you get a long term one so you can bring it to a range.

  • @deerocks13 i know its just soo much money for starters and then u gotta fill out about 20 documents, its just too much a hassel to get a gun but i want to get one so i guess i got a long painful journey b 4 that

  • His speech about speed was the best part. Good on him I thought. Helpful.

  • BANG BANG BANG

HAHAH that made me crack up !!

  • xD awesome

  • are you asian

  • make video an show us how dickhead

  • Sounds like you've never seen CAS.

  • There's nothing traditional about cocking the hammer with the weak hand. He woulda been laughed at in the true days of old.

  • yeah thats not how u fan a single action

  • Duh! "fanning" is strictly illegal in cowboy shooting matches.

  • Actually "Slip Shooting" as it's called was an old time technique.

  • Some folks actually tied the trigger back...

  • wow

  • It's fucking hilarious how this guy's pants are hiked up to his nipples, yet the holster is down in a more normal spot, and his belly is kinda stickin out between the two. Top that off with the suspenders. LOLOLOL

  • wooooo now i can shoot like a cowboy!

  • I prefer horse back style- draw left pistol, aim with one hand, fire all rounds (double action recommended), holster as fast as you can, sweep across body and grab other pistol and repeat.

  • Cool.. Cool.. Cool... Iam

  • haha BANG BANG BANG x D

  • you cant do it any better jackass.

  • Bang bang bang
