oh and I get my fats from good ol' liversausage and lard! whooo wheee thats a rush.
I will consider your fruits, enzymes = protein stuff.... I've always wondered what happens to enzymes when they are eaten. I eat alot of microbial foods. Rotted orange juice, rotted milk, rotted tuna, rotted oatmeal, rotted beans, rotted veggies, rotted ramen noodles.
Anything and everything I try to culture, bubble, and make stink. Haha, yea I'm a hit at gatherings.
Thanks for the vid. In the process of trying to figure out why I have had digestive issues for a very long time. Recently wondering why a simple egg would bring down my sugar highs, but most other proteins would not. Then I got myself on the subject of amino acids obviously. Now I can contract the muscle in my arms (kinda like popeye, haha). Not sure that any bloodwork would detect anything now though, as I've been drinking an AA shake for a couple days now.
With humbleness, I can accept what you are saying. Hey, if it works for you...by all means!!! This post was mostly for vegans and vegetarians that eat and over-use "soy" products to get thier protiens needs. In my case, I HAVE to be vegetarian, because my body does not process meat very well. I get terrible heart burn-like symptoms and it is really hard on my stomach.
Also, this post was kind of a "revelation" (for lack of a better word) to me because I never considered "soy" to be bad.
Omnivores and carnivores evolved to process protein from eating meat with protein sources. We can still use the protein from something that is dead. Veg with protein is still dead veg. I'm only now after several years giving BCAA's a go and am looking forward to seeing how they help. I eat a lot of meat and also take shakes and generally have a well balanced diet. I only have 8% body fat at present . I have always found shakes to be a great help as I sometimes struggle with appetite.
