Oh wow...I was completely unaware that anybody had commented on my video!
This is a captured Eagle Ray at the Aquarium in Maui...I'm sorry, I do not know the name of it. But it was such a beautiful place to visit.
The Eagle Ray was in the Shark Tank...where there was also a Tiger Shark (you get the tail end of her, when she swims above my head!) But evidently you can actually do a dive in this tank SCARY!
I'm glad you enjoyed watching :)

The aquarium in Ma'alea harbor is called the Maui Ocean center. c:
