My opinion when you go into a place for service if you want something you gotta pay for it regardless of how people act towards you. People who talk about bad customer service never worked in the industry, it works two ways.
@ismellfoolishness Your right that respect goes both ways but in the case of bad customer service that's neither here nor there.There is no excuse for bad customer service to be tolerated or excused it is what it is.I don't have to had worked in the industry to understand that basic concept being it's just common sense.And I will say also that I would not spend my money in a place where I'm getting 2nd rate service.
@ismellfoolishness These people have the power to do so when they are given room to treat customers badly.These folks better understand that without the customer they don't have a business simple as that.Especially in the neighborhood markets they shouldnt be tolerated.I just have too much self respect to give my dollar to an idiot thats talking out the side of their neck to me.Wise up people.
after look at this show, it reminds me of what happen today. i go get my mothers food and the lady gets mad, because i wanted an extra side. she basically toss the food at me. I want to tell her, "sweetie it is not my fault you and i went to high school togather, i go to college and finish and you are still on the burger station. now can i get ketchup with that." that is so rude, just do you job whatever job it is
