I am looking into getting a Caliber soon and I had a question about the MetroNavigator App. When you need directions do you type in the address you need to get to or can you speak into the phone for directions? i had 2 questions. when writing out a text, if it's more than 160 characters, does it automatically start a new text for you and split it into 2 for the receiver, or do you have to start a new one manually? and, can you set ringtones and photos for separate contacts? have you tried downloading ringtones from outside sources like phonezoo?

Great review!!! I have a few questions about this phone, maybe you can help. Can you get an inbox widget? When I make a call it locks the phone and I have to hit the middle button to unlock it, even though screen lock is off. How do you turn that off? Is there a way if you're online or playing game to quick jump off to make a call or message then get right back on without ending your game or get offline? Thanks a lot!!!

I can answer some of your questions since I also have the same phone and I've seen her videos as well.

Texting seems easy to her since she loves texting. But if you ask me about texting on a touch screen which by the way I got the phone not too long ago, I find it good. The QWERTY is actually a bit bigger and I can text fine without pressing other letters. Don't know about skype. And let me know when you find out.

Yes you can listen to music while texting but not when you're using camcorder, camera and using the internet. I think international texting is free but not too sure with calling (if you have the $50 service then you get the texting free- that's what I read). And yes, you can save pics from google.
