you're brave to even be doing that! i can do backhandsprings on the tramp at gymnastics, but i'd we WAY too scared to try at home even with cushions, lol! i don't have the guts to practice at home! you're doing really good!
ok but my problem is the fear (because is just the first day)... anyway today or tomorrow i will do it jumping more and don't bend the arm...thanks and good luck brò
oh if its the fear...you just first need to be in sitting position and place ur one hand on the ground(at your back).then just jump backwards while putting ur other hand on the ground too...watch my 2nd or 3rd day..dats wat i did to get rid of my fear..gudluck to you too

your not sopppsed to do back handspring that low. because when u sat to push of your head was on the ground and it's not soppised to be there.

hey,you just need arm strength...always stretch ur arm and dont bend it..dats the only thing you need to do,and u'll make it..
