the engine was driven about 3000km now. but i changed to cb elefant feed adjusters, these bad things blocked in a bad position because they are the worst machined parts i ever seen after after open one. so exhaust valve was partly open and a huge backfire destroved my supercharger.
my sparks look better then ever befor, because the engine is nerly perfekt in AFR readings and i use a very good 6v ignition. if the injection really will clean it up could be but could be also a myth.
this projekt her isn't with the amr300. here will a amr500 get in place.
3:1 is totally ok. becaus aisin say the supercharger is usable up to 16000RPM
my engine will has peak hp at about 4500RPM and in daily driving in uncommon see mor than 3000rpm...so the supercharger nostly never see more than 9000rpm and extremly uncommen 15000rpm.

The injection you mean EFI? or water inj?
I think water inj is good for keeping sparkplugs & chamber ultra clean.
Sorry to hear about the backfire, I was going to ask where is the BOV blow off
valve to stop SC backfires as they are very powerful.
Im wanted to use a sc12 but you are convincing me with the amr500 at 3.1
my engine will max out at 6000rpm and its a 1.2L, induction will be a 2 inch SU
and either amr500 or sc12. I like your use of bike carbs!

at these day i changing the ratio to 3,2:1

I really like your project and efforts with the smallest supercharger available.
I still cant believe you are making it spin 3 times to 1 without sacrificing its
durability. How many km do you expect the supercharger to last?
Are you having issues with sparkplugs or is the water inj keeping them clean?
Keep up the good work and hope to see your dyno results.
