WL had to redesign the whole system for "FDA compliance" and that is what caused all the delays. Mine was shipped before that, US customs snagged it, I got a BS letter from them and that's all - so I had just written it off. Then months later I got a call from WL out of the blue. They offered to refund the money or reship the new model.
