I feel that they rushed the production of this game... the reason its so laggy at points is due to the lack of optimization... you only need to look at the halo series for the original xbox to see it's capability...

lol, but yh-sry- i didnt specify what system i was comparing it to. Im comparing the 360 and original xbox version. When i played the 360 version and went back 2 play the xbox verion it literally gave me a really bad headache bc the framerate was just unacceptable.

oh, well than that makes sense, although I'm just much more tolerant of FPS issues, as long as its above 8 FPS. Thats the lowest I can take. But it gets a tad bit annoying after awhile.
