i bet you know it, anyway, but for the case you dont (or other people watching this video): you can get around offseting the patcher position by adding your needed objects in presentation mode. then just move it to the upper left corner and choose "open in presentation" from the patcher inspector.

you can find the offsets by holding down cmd-shift while moving the mouse around in the bpatcher window
