No wonder they buy nearly EVERYONE from abroad. their mentality is like "OH DAYUM he got world player of the year lets get him" ever since mourinho has come that mentality has softened but theres still florentino perez the greatest exibtor of what i have mentioned. Only greats to come out of the training academy(do you still have one now?) are raul and guti really. teams like arsenal actually get youth and promote them same with man utd and barcelona aswell.
