@SamMix909 if you got a brand new copy of rock band 2 (which is rare nowadays) you recieved a code and instructions for it on the back of the booklet in the case and then you follow the instructions and this song is one of 20 new songs (for free) that you get. Hope it helps

because You have to use the code on the back of your rock band manual. Just go to the Rock Band website and register (you can connect with facebook by the way. and look at the website that it says on the back of your book. Their 19 other songs too. Also it must be new unless its used and the code is not used yet.
