@simplyjasmine55 Technically, a 'treble' choir is a choir whose singers all read from the treble clef, hence the name. it is simply a stereotype that one must be female to be in such a choir. Younger males often are not yet developed into tenors, baritones, or basses, and therefore sing alto or soprano. And even adult males can sing in the alto range; that voice type is termed 'countertenor'. If you'd like an example of such a voice, look up Andreas Scholl-- his voice is absolutely beautiful :)
This version sounded all over the place and scrambled. Hence the name, it should be simple which it was not.
