  • U don't have to grow Ur beard

  • i wont grow beard , cause im not munafeek

  • its haram to cut beard

    and anyways beards are good

  • H! Qwertyfshag

Please tell me why draining the blood of animal is necessary in this age of reliable refrigeration.

Also, I have heard that there is a debate among Muslims weather or not to stun an animal before being drained of it's blood. The manager of where I work has a friend working in an abbatoir and refuses to work there on Fridays as that is the day, according to him, you can hear the screams of the lambs who are being killed in the Halal method. What do you think? Thanks.

  • As long as it passes your fist

  • hmm should i grow a beard?

  • @qwertyfshag as salaamu alaikum leave it brother the beard is a mercy from Allah some people wish they could have that length so leave it brother

  • as selam aleikum, i need some help please. i can't understand the word in 0:32 ...."abafey" or "about fääey"?...i dont know:-(

  • @Schamsuddin1 the word is 'buffet' :) and itt just means when theres alot of food usually at restaurants and you can eat as much as you want and order yourself :P :)

  • @buttercupxoxo96

thanks a lot. now i can continue with the translation insaAllah. jazakAllah khair

  • @Schamsuddin1 wayakum! :)

  • Growing beard is in islam "Wajeb", and there are also proofs for that, until unless you are not FORCED to trimm it, you should leave it grow, but for example, with some islamic countries, if you leave it grow, you will get chained and into jail (example: syria) there you can trimm it, and at minimum just leave few millimeters of it, it should be enough for you that your Prophet s.a.w was leaving it grow, and had a long one !

  • Ure beard is down or up to U.. whatever makes u feel comfortable and is easy for u to look after and maintain

  • SOMETIMES its not about halaal or haraam ..its about pride and that leads to anger and that minuses knowlege and lets the nafs take control..ppl have to step out of im right and im right or ok im right mode

  • Trim it! :)

  • As salaamu alaykum brother, mash'allaah great job on the videos. Please keep it up :)

That is soooo true, OMG the amount of times I have seen Muslims argue over pity things is ridiculous!! If they were true practicing Muslims. The word peace & humbleness would merge into one and practiced good manners. then people can say, yeap these are muslims.

As for the beard bro, love it. Keep it long. However, do what you feel comfortable and also within the Quran & Sunnah ;)

  • I Love you my Muslim Brother.....

  • Growing beard is a sunnah. You will received deeds for keeping it but you won't receive sins for not keeping it. anyway brothers and sisters, the more you feed the troll the bigger they get so just ignore them and they will die of hunger :)

  • @noveras oh really? oh well the Hanafi, Maliki, Shafi`ee, and Hanbali madhabs, as well as the opinion of the Dhahirees, including Ibn Hazm, Sheikh Al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah, Abu Hamid Al-Ghazzali, Sheikh Al-Albany, Sheikh Uthaymeen, Sheikh Al-Sha`rawy...disagree with you and they say is Haram to shave it and Fard to grow it....I would suggest that you inform yourself before talking about Islam.....

  • @sm4ks2006

thank you for pointing out that now I would also like to point out something. have not Prophet Muhammad s.a.w told us to be gentle on our words to others even when pointing out their mistakes? now you have pointed out one of my mistake and I have pointed out one of your mistake. we both should inform our self first before talking about Islam :)

  • Salam alikium Trim the sides :D

  • A famous example is the one between Suni Muslims & Shia Muslims. They keep on arguing (though I know Shia Muslims have many wrong things) while Islam and Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) are being insulted and distorted by the haters.

BTW just in case you know some knowledge, you can trim your beard by simply locking your fist on your beard then trimming the part outside the fist. But be careful you can't shave it ^_^ !

  • "Ruling on trimming the beard because it looks scary"

    google it!

  • hey, you´re really cool, keep it up :)

  • yes trim it Allah is beautiful and loves beauty ....

  • How much Quran did you memorize?

  • ummm dunno really, after watching your older videos i think it got darker not longer :D

  • Well, it depends on whether the ones they talk do have any knowledge or not. A lot of people these days are skipping the learning part and are starting from the debating part.

  • hahah great man ^^ tabaraka allah, and do what you want with your beard ^^

  • trim the beard :), and a great message , thanks

  • I don't like your beard.. I am a Muslim and I think it is too long. It would be much better if you had shorter one, in my opinion. However, its your preference and its totally OK to have such beard.

    Peace.

  • @TheTrueEconomist

    Salaamu Alaykom.

Brother, for your information Prophet Muhammad's (PBUH) beard was long and beautiful, so its better to not express this particular opinion of yours.

    Peace.

  • Only halaal buffets are halaal and only haram buffets are haram. DUHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

  • Assalaamualaikum brother...All buffets are haram, .....except when they are halaal.

  • yeh i think u shud trim it....

  • Well it is sunnah to trim your beard on Friday..

  • @SaBz4ReAl SERIOUSLY? what are you talking about?? that is not Sunnah at all...akhi where did you get this from?

  • Make your beard like those medeivel mughal islamic rulers of southasiarulers ...

You look like them ... or how they r in their paintings

  • Make your bear like gerard butler in 300, lol I liked his :P

  • If you feel the need to memorize the qur'an, and if you think it will give you a better understanding of ANYTHING, something is seriously wrong with you.

  • @Nidair hey be in your limits

  • @Mr03312431855 What do you mean by "limits"? If you think islam should be free of criticism, you are wrong. Without criticism, we would still think the earth is flat and animals suddenly appeared in the form we see them today. Luckily, science has proved those once infallible and uncriticizable ideas wrong.

  • @Nidair Islamaphobe

  • @EziniBini497 Islamophobia does not exist because fear of islam is in fact rational. If the fastest growing population is one that sees being gay, skeptic, or female as a crime, that is a grim future. If memorizing the qur'an is more important to a large portion of the world's population than discussing ethics, everyone's safety is in danger.

As Pat Condell said it: Islamophobia. Like god, it does not exist.

  • @Nidair Um ok first of all everythign you said is wrong. In Islam you cna have ay tendencies, you can be skeptci females are given more rights then males. Second of all for the past 1432 years Islam has influenced the world you wouldnt have your car if it wasnt for Al Jazari you wouldnt have your planes if it wasnt for Abas ibn Firnas you wouldnt have your GPS if it wasnt for Miriam al Astrolabi who was a female. a person who has 3 good daughters goes to heaven and heaven lies under a moms foot

  • @EziniBini497 Lie more for islam. In the end, it does not matter. Every left-wing politician believes in your lies. Islam is being imposed on us every day again.

I can be skeptic? Tell that to Kacem Al Ghazzali, tell that to Ayaan Hirsi Ali. They are skeptic, and look how that is answered.

Females have more rights than males? Tell that to the women who have to wear a veil just to not get raped. And if she does get raped, she can get in jail for it.

Islamophobia. Like god, it does not exist

  • @Nidair im not understanding why ur watching videos like this, if u rnt believing in a god?!?

  • @MissMarissa90 Shag has a big audience of people who swallow whatever he spouts out. I just show that audience that his vids are bullshit and his faith is violent, inhuman, immoral, and a danger to western society.

  • @Nidair if u listen to this video, ull not hear anything, which u can condemn as violent, inhuman, immoral, and a danger to western society^^ in fact the western society is violent, inhuman, immoral and a danger to all other societies, just look back in history^^

  • @MissMarissa90 The definitions of Halal and Haram are inhuman at best.

  • @Nidair yaya, of course^^ever heart, that alcohol, drugs, pork, and blood in flesh, which are haram arent so good for ur health? what are u calling inhuman then?

  • @MissMarissa90 Those are not the only things forbidden by islamic faith. Adultery, homosexuality and fornication are other examples of haram, none of which are unhealthy. Also, in the 21st century, pork is kept in a sterile and cold environment, and no longer as unclean as it was in the dark ages. The only reason not to eat it is because of medieval superstition.

Alcohol is actually very healthy when you are not addicted to it. Though more in a social sense than in the medical sense.

  • @Nidair I think adultery is a point for itself. If u wanna betray ur lifepartner, ur decision. At least it is proved, that homosexuals are more HI-Infected than heterosexuals. By the way homosexuality, adultery and fornication and even pork are forbidden for jews and christians too. Also it is proved, that the pig has proteins which are nearly the same as ours, so it is possible, that it is provoking cancer. Alcohol hides the danger of addiction and it is killing ur brain cells by every sip^^

  • @MissMarissa90 Yes, all religions are crazy.

Can you provide evidence for your claims that eating pork increases the chance of getting cancer? Or that homosexuals have a bigger chance of becoming HIV-infected? Or that alcohol kills brain cells?

Without evidence for your claims, islam will never cease to be the dangerous cult it is now.

  • @Nidair ok, i dont wanna offend you, but u should read some medical magazines, the numbers speak for themselves. Im not understanding what is making me as a muslim a danger for others?! I dont care if anyone is gay or eating pork and im expecting in return, that people dont care if i dont drink alcohol or eat pork. What the hell is your problem? Why are u expending your energy on making religions bad? Actually people like u are a danger for our democracies.

  • @Nidair it does not matter how clean is pork nowadays, if you knew about the pork's digestive system you would know that is very defective in getting rid of toxins from the stuff they eat, so, when you eat their meat you are eating a lot of toxins, plus pigs eat their own feces, did you know that ? homosexuality is unhealthy as hell, it has been categorized as mental illness,Alcohol kills brain cells... anyways did you know that in Islam we are allowed to drink it when there are medical reasons??

  • @sm4ks2006 Making shit up is not a good way to get your point across.

  • @Nidair Ok its the women's decision if she chooses to cover her face or not, not the man's. Your probably one of those extreme right wing wierdos who want to protect america from an Islamic threat to our countrie. If the right wingers were to blow up a tower , onyl a select few of them , and then I blame whatever you are , doesnt that seem unfair? we should never blame an entire people for the actions of a few , or their fundamentals, because Islam is peace and love and your blind to that!

  • @EziniBini497 Actually, I am a european, but you can say I am as "right" as Geert Wilders is.

You are right about blaming an entire civilization for the actions of their fundamentalists. The problem with islam is that their fundamentalists are rarely punished. Often enough they are praised for their actions. This is something islam has to get rid of, because it is a huge problem.

  • @Nidair Ok dude I think Al Qaeda has been punished enough. 80% of the Men and Women in Afghanistan approve of the Taliban, thats why they are praised because Idk if youve ever been to Wikileaks but America has killed more Afghanis then the Taliban have. Hamas in Palestine was elected by the people. In Yemen they like AlQaeda because they fight our corrupt government placed there by the West. Israel never gets blamed, USA never gets blame UN, NATO, etc etc. Did I we ever get justice for Rachel C?

  • @Nidair Why do my comments keep getting removd wtf

  • LEAVE THE BEARD ALONE !!!!

  • Great point! Goes without saying that the issue was not Deen the issue was ego! Being right not wrong. Keep up the good work... grow the beard! It kinda shows how far along your coming with your work. The longer your beard gets' and also, people treat you differently the longer your beard gets and since your good with observation skills maybe you can give some examples of how your treated.

  • It's the invasion of the Haram Police.

Ha Ha Ha HARAM Haram Haram Haram!

Do a search in you tube fro Baba Ali Haram Police.

  • hey, i'm serious to kknow, how long it takes you to grew your beard?

  • @beensolongg

you can do it and hence u will know how long does it take :p

  • @sarabella74 i think this is not as important as to study to know allah's will truely.

  • you are right.there are many muslims who care about silly and naive stuff but this is becos lack of education may be becos they want to be perfect so they are turned into over exaggerated

  • @sarabella74 sure, they are crazy about killing, while allah say things in spiritual, all thingz in parable, but, we muslim get allah's will wrong.

    may allah guide us.

  • @beensolongg

They do that becos they don't read ,unfortunately,we are ummah Iqraa But who reads? even those who are brainwashed cos they just listen and they dont think about what is said to them ...the right is clear and the false is clear but who really cares isnot that much....what we can do is to pray for allah to guide us but before that we should work on changing ourselves

  • brother kosher or halal

  • It's not only in Islam, obviously :P

  • @BeatlesLoverElla qur'an is giving us rules about halal and haram , so if we don't follow the qor'an by doing halal acts and not doing haram acts whats the point of memorising it, brov

  • Respond to this video... shaving beard is haram ,, you don't need to grow it that long

  • Trim :)

  • Oh yeah they do,In class in islamic lessons they do it all the time. Some even like to make shit up and say that metal music is haram,Rubbish aint it?

  • @AtheistAnubis cursing is haam...

  • @AtheistAnubis I mean haram lol

  • @AtheistAnubis

In life there are many things which are trash and bullshit and those who do it think they are the best :)

the savvy only who will get me :P

  • @sarabella74

    lol

  • Actually... I do think it would be nice if you trim it a little bit. Don't get me wrong, I think men look better with a beard. But I don't think there's anything wrong with trimming it so it looks neater (not that yours don't look neat, but I think it can look even more neat if trimmed). :)

  • Don't we all love arguing #LOL

  • @QuranDotCom No way, we don't love arguing! You're wrong! LOL : )

  • hahaha !

anyways my mulana says that u should keep ur beard of ur fist size..i mean lenght wise...and if its getting longer than ur fist then u should cut it :)

  • trim it

  • Leave it :) when it gets long enough you can braid it :)

  • so true and so funny and u have a mistake in the beg. .. your ** not yout

  • The beard is fardh, in the Hadith the prophet (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) commanded to grow the beard & trim the moustache. And we must remember the prophet didnt speak from desire but from revelation.

  • Trimming the moustache is sunnah..beard has to be left ample :L

  • Comment removed

  • did u knw that studies have shown that people who shave had lower testosterone than people who not "shave" as is blade not just trimming.

  • r u serious when u said about the buffet? if not then pls dont say things like this because this shows us as dumb ppl. about trimming yes u can trim it all u want but not shave it. it must show.

  • @Th33M33

i'm dead serious that two brothers were fighting and arguing intensely over a buffer and if it was halal

  • @qwertyfshag its a sunnah, fistful, the (paraphrasing) the prophet grabbed his beard with his the side of his thumb and forefinger touching his chin, he cut what hair was below it.

its a sunnah not a fard,

anyway bout the buffet~ its kinda like a gamble because you an amount of money, but the amount of food isnt always equal to the amount you consume, but i wouldnt worry about it! salaamu'alaikum

  • @kingofallguitarheros no...Ibn Umar grabbed his beard and trimmed it...not The Prophet SulAllaahu 3alaihi wa Salam...please everyone, be careful...the Prophet Sul Allaahu 3alaihi wa Salam said what could mean "Do not tell lies about me. For whoever tells a lie about me then let him prepare his space in Hell Fire" Bukhari....

  • @wesamalshaif astaghfirallah , sorry bother, i did say i was paraphrasing, but i guess i should have been more careful! thanks for telling me

  • @kingofallguitarheros no problem akhi...again if that hadith says anything it is that the minimum the beard should be is a fistful...because he did this in 'umrah, when one is supposed to shave his head completely wa Allaahu a3lam

  • @Th33M33

    Do what the sahaba's did !! that's it ... i'm nt arguing fm nw ! learn a lesson ...

  • @masroor45 what are u even talking about? argue about what? what lesson? I DONT KNW U MAN IM SURE UR TALKING TO THE WRONG PERSON. :\

  • @Th33M33 What scholar told you that? and where is your proof? akhi...it is very dangerous to say something is halal when it isnt...because then you would be saying something about Allaah which he did not approve of....he told you he was kidding about the beard question, and his beard is past a fist full so its obvious he knows the correct ruling and Allaah knows best

  • @wesamalshaif so many scholars said its ok not because they said its ok but because the proof in their fatwas is so convecing. litrellay hundereds of them said its ok, heck even "shaf3ya" say it is ok to shave but i dont beleive in that. but right on top of my head scholars from ksa; dr salman al oudah and sheikh khalid al mosleh. and litrally all AL AZHAR SCHOALRS. and most scholars from syria.. man do some research. trust me i wouldnt say anything before knowing and allah knows best. salam bro

  • @Th33M33 brother, ALL FOUR MADHAAHIB are in total agreement that keeping the beard is wajib...Al Azhar even said that interest is halal nowadays, so are you going to trust them...here's the proof, because I dont use statements by scholars as evidence...it is Quran and Sunnah...the Prophet Peace be upon him said "leave your beards and trim closely the mustache"...there is no record of the Prophet Peace be upon him or any one of his companions or anyone of the Selef ever trimming there beards

  • @Th33M33 one scholar of Al Azhar, al Qardawi even admitted this...but his response was "it was probably just culture"...again, there is a concensus of the greatest fuqaha of islam that says it is wajib...the beard is a symbol of the man in islam just like the Hijab is the symbol of the women...we follow the Prophet peace be upon him and he said in another authentic Hadith after being confronted by persian men with shaved faces "Allaah ORDERS that I grow my beard and trim my mustache"

  • @wesamalshaif check /watch?v=6zDFDZX89yM and /watch?v=Q7rHyDYfBNg he is a very close student of sheik BIN OTHAIMEEN allah yer7ama. he was like his son and he married his daughter. and everyone knws who is bin othaimeen.

  • @Th33M33 again, we dont follow Sheikh Ibn Uthaimeen Rahimahu Allaah...we follow the Prophet peace be upon him...and Ibn Uthaimeen was of the opinion that it IS WAJIB to grow the beard...so why should I care about what his student says? no offense brother...I love you for the sake of Allaah but there is absolutely no proof for trimming the beard (the minimum is fistful by some scholarly opinion)...

  • @Th33M33 2 people arguing about something stupid doesnt really show that all muslims are like that, besides...u can shave the beard all the way ..nothing says that u cant.....its just from "sonna" to grow it there is only a hadeeth that says ..."2a6leqo el le7e wo 7efo al shareb" which means grow ur beard and trim ur mustache which is again just the sonna ....u get hasanat if u do it ...u dont get anything if u dont

  • @damerli man, read my other comments. its not like im not a muslim. im a muslim and middle eastern so its not like i need a comment from utube to learn about my religion. peace

  • @Th33M33 if you are from the ones that say; is just a Sunnah to grow your beard....then you are certainly very ignorant about your religion, even tough you are from the middle east + muslim...it does not matter anyways......

  • @sm4ks2006 i never said that, so why say if u are from those? and u are ignorant for calling me ignorant LITERALLY!

  • @sm4ks2006 and yeah it matters if i say im a muslim. when i say im a muslim i dont mean it by just name, i practice it thus having knowledge in my religion. and i said "im from the midde east (((so its not like i need a comment from utube to learn about y religion))) because praise to allah here u have quick access to scholars and what not unlike people in Europe for example who have to drive 1 hour or 2 to talk to an imam or whatnot.

  • Trim it a little bit short, it would look nice on you :D

  • One doctor writes, that by continually shaving, the veins of the sight are affected, resulting in failing eyesight. Another doctor writes that a lengthy beard stops harmful germs from reaching the throat and chest. Another goes so far as to say, "If men shaved for seven generations, the men in the eighth generation will have no beards. This means that the sperm gets weaker in every generation, until in the eighth this quality is completely destroyed."

  • To trim the beard is haram because the prophet (SAW) told us to cut or trim the mustache but leave the beard alone, doesn't matter how long it grows because not only did the Prophet (SAW) and the Sahaba practiced it, but the prophets of the past did too like Noah, Abraham, Moses, Jesus etc. Also, its a sin to trim or reduce the size of your beard. There's so many medical benefits on keeping a beard.

  • Comment removed

  • Actually Islam is not only Halal or Haram

  • @afrit27 everything is halal in this world, except what Allah forbids according to quran or sunnah

  • Haram to shave it, but I heard the minimum length is a fistful..according to a hadith I read a while back.

  • Oh, sorry, TRIMMING, well, that is a little different. Umar, may Allaah be pleased with him, trimmed his at a fist length, so many scholars allow for this. However, others like Bin Baaz say that this was an ijtihad on the part of Umar and that we should not all follow him in that. Personally, I have no qualms about trimming it at a fist length . . . but UNIFORMLY, naturally, not some short, some long.

  • You must take your own decisions do not let anyone's opinion influence you

  • yoome4's is not the only hadith like it. Thus the strongest ruling is that it is fard (wajib in Hanafi fiqh) or obligatory to grow the beard. However, a few differentiate between the various commands of our Beloved, peace on him, and say some are obligatory and others, including the command to grow the beard, are not, thus taking the weaker position that it is sunnah muakatha or agreed upon Sunnah. I believe it is fard based on the strength of that ruling and the many clear ahadith.

  • @abudietrich But, of course, we can respect those who take the various respected views, so long as the intention is to ask those who know and to follow the Prophet, peace upon him. Ameen.

  • Trim it....inshallah

  • All I know is that having the beard is Sunnah. I can't say something is haram or halal bc I'm not sure. Why don't you ask a knowledgeable imam that knows about Quran and Sunnah? I'm pretty sure you can get a better response Inshallah.

  • "(...) So take what the Messenger gives you, and refrain from what he prohibits you. And fear Allah: for Allah is strict in Punishment." (Quran 59:7)

  • Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) said: "Act against contrary to the polytheists, trim closely the moustache and grow the beard."

Reported by Ibn Umar (R.A.) in Muslim, Hadith No. 500

  • Comment removed

  • What is haram and what is halal?

  • @vichobreakthewall Haram is Eating Pork and doing bad thing. Halal is the opposite of Haram

  • @ERICKSKIE23

so haram is eating pork and doing bad things, and halal is not eating pork and doing bad things?

i've only heard of halal meat, which i think is meat that has been blessed.

  • @jaybow1982 Halal is doing GOOD deeds. duhhh what an idiot.

Halal Meat are those edible meat except PORK. that is blessed

  • @ERICKSKIE23

please don't call me an idiot. I'm not a muslim and don't know, that's why i was asking.

and does the quran say ur allowed to be nasty and call people idiots when they are only asking a question?

  • @jaybow1982 You said "Halal is not eating pork-RIGHT , and doing bad things - Wrong" Was that the Opposite of what i said?

  • @ERICKSKIE23

I asked "so halal is NOT eating pork and doing bad things". i did not use a comma to separate the sentence.

meaning that the negation word ("not") used before "eating pork" also applies to "(not) doing bad things".

anyways, u could have just clarified it for me, instead of being a jerk and calling me an idiot.

  • @jaybow1982 Sorry, i though that you are one of the Trolls here...

  • @ERICKSKIE23

    it's ok bro, i forgive u.

i'm not a troll, i just didn't know about this subject, so i asked a question.

i am sorry also. and maybe i should have use 2 "not"s in my sentence to make it more clear.

    peace out brother :)

  • The beard is the covering of the muslim man. Thus men identified as Muslims and will not indecent harassed. So dont trim the beard!

Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) said "I have no connection with one who shaves, shouts and tears his clothing eg. in grief or affication."

Abu Darda (R.A.) in Muslim, Hadith No. 501

Hadhrat Abdullah Ibn Umar (R.A.) relates that: "He who imitates the kuffar (non-believers) and dies in that state, he will be raised up with them on the Day of Qiyamat."

  • I thought the beard was obligatory during our Prophets time to keep them away from looking like the Kuffar (Pagan Idolators). Yet now you cannot tell who is a Muslim anymore because of their beard. Non Muslim rock stars have beards, Orthodox Jews have beards, Santa Claus has a beard. Do you get what i mean? Allah's only unforgivable sin is Shirk not having a hairless face.! Just a thought.(Though i must say, i like the beard in general).

  • great points. Where will we be in 10 years if we keep arguing and being hostile towards another?

  • i just love the other you lol he always makes me laugh :) and trimming your beard is not a bad idea :)

  • Your beard is supposed be a fist long anything over than that you are allowed to trim i think:o

  • Knowing halal and haram is part of practising the deen. Presenting evidence for premises is also. Arguing without having evidence is akin to lying according to hadeeth.

  • I don't know..

  • Trim it if you want, but still keep one there, just shorten it. it is definitely allowed (halal) to maintain your beard and shorten it. As long as you still have a fistful of beard left lol :)

  • AMAAAAAAAAAAAAZING MESSAGE BROTHER

  • @tahboobi

    thanks

  • You are sooooooooooooooooooo right brother.

  • @freegoa1

    thanks

  • It is definitely obligatory to keep a beard, there is not much room for argument. Every Messenger of Allah swt had a beard, it is in every sunnah. Whether you want to is another question.

Some scholars say it is okay to grab your beard in a fist and trim everything underneath, but all agree until this point no hair should be trimmed on the cheeks, chin or neck. The moustache should be trimmed however.

  • @eviilhomerr You cannot say it is obligatory to keep a beard if Allah does not say so in his book. I can't imagine Allah punishing someone for not having a beard.

  • @initialdrift86

    It is in hadiths

  • @initialdrift86

"O ye who believe! Obey Allah, and obey the Messenger, and those charged with authority among you." (Quran 4:59)

"Ye have indeed in the Messenger of Allah an excellent exempler for him who hopes in Allah and the Final Day, and who remembers Allah." (Quran 33:21) Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) says: "Trim closely the moustache, and let the beard flow (Grow)."

    - Narrated Ibn Umar (R.A.) in Muslim, Hadith no. 498

  • @eviilhomerr I will agree that it is a sunnah to grow a beard, but in no way can you say that it is haram to not have a beard.

  • NO dont trim it qwerty I love your beard!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @EziniBini497

thanks. I was just wondering if it Haram or Halal to trim the beard??? I'm not really sure.

  • @qwertyfshag I asked my father who is the translator of Friday speeches at the mosque in Oakland CA who said-

"Iman is in the Heart and Soul, not in the hair of some man's beard"

    Salaam

  • @qwertyfshag well bro, according to even the strick scholars, you do need to keep a beard short would be fine. However, it is much more rewarded if you cut it this way: Hold your beard from you chin like you hold a rope and cut the rest of the part that your hand cant hold. tell me if im not clear.:)

  • @qwertyfshag as much as I know, you may cut the edges of the beard, tidy it stuff like that as you see would look good, but NOT take the whole thing of, even if it be short its ok but at least there is hair hehehe. That is what I know.

And yes you're right, some people ask and argue about really stupid things, I've heard a person ask a sheikh on TV whether it was ok to read Qur'an from the mobile or the computer. I mean HOW STUPID is this question LOL!!

BTW love your videos, short & funny.

  • @qwertyfshag lol i see what you're doing here!! but i'm still gonna answer... trimming your beard a little like to make look accepted and cared for isn't (as far as i, father and "most" of Sheikhs that i know, know) isn't haram but to completely "erase" (English terminology :/) the beard is harma. Mohammad PBUH said (in my low educated non-literal translation): 'trim (excessively) the mustache and let the beards'

  • @qwertyfshag

i think Umar used to trim it within a hand full length

Also, I can actually understand someone arguing about buffets, because thats dealing with riba, something which can take you directly into jahannam , even the smallest form of riba

but all the other details we argue about are many times a waste of energy

riba is also paying something with no accurate exchange, buffet can be considered this because you can go and eat all you want or less and everyone pays the same.

  • Keep the beard dude xD

  • The most important thing of faith in God in the heart and sincerity

  • بارك الله فيــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــك

  • @ahmad1d

  • @qwertyfshag
