  • These people who made negative remarks here must've been a very good cook or otherwise sucks coz if they were they won't spend time watching the video to actually "learn" how to cook one of the most amazing food ever!

  • It can be a good tasting dish and looks fine. But, sorry, this is not paella. Though some of the ingredients are the same, the elaboration is very different, please look spanish videos about this.

  • Either you are cooking Japanese food or Spanish food. Shouldn't mix to two. That is no Paella, sorry to say. You have the gist of it, but not quite. Sorry. BTW, get yourself a paella pan to begin with. Very important.

  • Well, I dont say that this food isn't good. But, sorry, this is not PAELLA.

I'm from Valencia, Spain, the home of the Paella and call paella to something with rice it's like a crime. It's like say that my english it's a perfect english...

    Please, dont call it paella.

  • Jajajaja... the funny thing is she can't pronounce "paella"... she says "payeya"... jajajaja

  • Looks very tasty - but theres not much done on presentation :P Also if you soak your rice doesn't that detract from how much it can absorb when you cook it, IE losing a lot of the flavour in the rice?
