Can anyone post a tutorial/lesson on catching the ball on top of the forehead as in this video? It's at 1 minute 9 seconds.

practice the balance with a 4" stage ball and then practice throwing it up

Thanks, I can balance the ball on my head by placing it there but it's the throwing up and balancing thats very difficult-it always falls off my head.
