  • @p700rider godzillas are amazing in snow and mud but like 250.00 a tire

  • @TheYamahaarcticcat Polaris is just garbage period lol

  • Very cool

  • you got some cool toys there

  • I have a suzuki king quad 400 2008 all stock and it drives very well through deep snow. I was worried the first time, but man does it just plow right through the deepest snow without a problem. Even in 2wd

  • @paintballkid23z Not likely....

  • What kind of aftermarket lights are on the blue Grizzly? Do they drain the battery at all?

  • good song

  • I have a polaris sportsman 500 x2 and it has stock tires and it Sucks in deep snow i wouldn't be able to go throught that~!

  • @p700rider i put screws in a set of tires for the winter..works really well..

  • @p700rider I can't wait to have my son with his own 4wheeler. I keep thinking of the Youth Rzr. Might be a blast for him in summer. Agree - these are perfect year around machines!

  • are those tundra crosses on the polaris??

  • @TheYamahaarcticcat mine never over heats and i ride it hard as hell

  • @Stj035 Conciser yourself lucky.

  • fyi I made 1 error. My uncle owns the Honda Foretrax, my friend owns a Yamaha Big Bear.

Still, point still stands. The Polaris breaks down far more often then either Honda or Yamaha.

  • Polaris isn't made to be treated rough. There fast, but coming to abuse, weak. I have a cousin who owns a 500 Polaris, father with a 400 Yamaha Kodiak, a friend with a 500 Honda Foretrax, and I own a 200 Honda Big Red.

We all take the bikes through the same stuff including muddy mash, rough woods trails, hauling heavy loads of firewood, snow, water, etc.

Out of all 4 bikes, the Polaris breaks down far more often then any other. Yearly even, Polaris can't go one good winter without breakdowns

  • @justinlynch3 i have a 500 and i beat the shit out of it. has over a 1000 miles on it and hasnt broke down yet

  • is tht in maryland

  • lol yea its fun to dick around with our atvs when there is snow but i prefer using the snowmobiles lol

  • What size bikes?

  • @22braden2

The two yamahas are 700cc and the Polaris is an 800. Great bikes!

  • @spgirt nice and powerfull

  • itp 589's are good to I have those on my grizzly their meant for both snow and mud itsays on them and they get good traction in both

  • aww yur son is sooo cute lol but foreal nice ass atv

  • my scrambler never over heats i best it all da time

  • They need to raise their radiators a little. They do get a a lot of pack where they are located.

  • @spgirt

Think they did that with the new models.

  • yamaha powerfull

  • wat type of wheels u got on them, they're sick! i gotta a honda which is really good in snow

  • ya same i got a foreman 4x4 they're beast in snow, plus great for plowing

  • ya i have a honda too they mad sick

  • thats true!

  • Heh heh, He put on those 12v aftermarket headlights. Stock suck

  • I can't wait for it to snow to do this

  • True that! I need a winch though, last year i got stuck for hours and hours at a time. 4 feet deep powder is not good to get stuck in. You also have to get rid of the stock tires if you want to go in any type of good snow. Terra Cross and Mut Lites are the best

  • there all great machines if you happen to own it,, have fun

  • Nice video, yamaha grizzly's are the way to go, polaris are a peice of shit!!!!!

  • The Grizzly seems to take the Sportsman to school.

  • goood video:) Song pleas:)

  • People In Planes - Tonight The Sun Will Rise

  • thanks:)

  • Niice vid lads cant wait for it to snow this year

  • nothing like toyotas and yamahas

  • nothing like toyotas and hondas

  • it was all good till i saw that ugly little boy

  • if u say id like to see that day well, look at my vid!!

  • it fun but not fun when u get stuck

  • it doesn't matter what kind of atv u have when the snow gets to deep it will stop any bike i get stuck with my cat all the time and it have 12'of ground clearance

  • id love to see that day!!!

  • hondas arent that great.

  • back your commet up, b/c if you dont i got alot alot and alot of reasons why honda is the best

  • well. i am a honda owner. and that being said, i have had nothing but bad experiances with their customer support and dealerships. multiple recalls. parts wearing out FAR sooner than they should. honda genuine aftermarket parts not fitting properly. and overall the machine did not perform very well at all. underpowered, over weighted. too narrow when stock.

  • although, they are built like tanks. but when somthing breaks (which it most likely will at some point) parts are VERY expensive.

i would like to hear your side of this discussion, and i am willing to bet that what you will say is VERY tipical of a brand fanboy, somone who thinks like, "i own it so its the best thing in the world and everything thats not it sucks".

  • well the parts should not wear down. hondas are heavy b/c they are stronger do to the frame and subframe dose not crack like others, other than that you are the only one i know who has a honda that dosent like them

  • hondas suck, get a grizzly

  • not realy....but its kind of anoying some times

  • um ok i like my polris it started in 5 degrre weather i like that cuz i can just hop on and go! cant wait for summer i have 600 acres so its fun!

  • um i have a question i like polaris atvs but what do u people prefer polaris honda kawasaki or yamaha or even acrtic cat plz respond?

  • Weigh the options. The polaris 850 is a VERY nice machine! At the time I went with the Yamaha - If doing it again, the 850 would win out.

  • @awsomedudes12 Yamaha is where its at, suzuki is good too but the rest are garbage, especially honda

  • @iwannaskate93 Honda might not have the best off road capability. However the machines are damn tanks man, they know how to take a beating.

  • nice atv i got a polaris scrambler that thing is sweeeeeet in snow..!

  • i will if i want to

  • Actually not. Sorry. This video is about ATVing in snow. Please enjoy what you drive to atv and I will enjoy mine. Keep Atving! It is a lot of fun!

  • Chromed wheels... nice

  • How well would a 4wd ATV do in the snow with some good snow tires with paddles compared to a snowmobile?

  • im pretty sure the snowmobile would still do a hella lot better

  • i live in ireland and we dnt get much snow but just 3 days ago we did i got my trx 450 and it was Frekin awsome I wish i got the snow like you guys do !! ! !!

  • wish the polaris had some better tires on it so we could see what it could really do

  • thats a nice shit :D

  • Now that is how u have fun in the winter !

  • Yea i love riding my atv in the snow. Surprisly my honda does really well in it. I love drifting and stuff with atv's in the snow also. I have a Honda and it works really well, i'm not going in snow as deep as you were in some parts but i still go pretty deep and it works well.

  • Glad to hear that you are out riding. It sounds like your Honda does great! If you make it this way, you will have to join us for a ride!

  • i wish i could do that with my atv but its only 2 wheel drive:(

  • same here... ;D

  • yeah me too all my quads are 2 wheel drive and they can only go in about 6 or 7 inches of snow. but I want to get a 4x4 as soon as I can!

  • polarises are good in the snow, more weight in my opinion. i have a 700 grizz haven't had it in the winter yet but its coming up fast. also am ordering a moose plow for it. nice wheels i got no cash for that right now. ill make enough plowing with it to but some nice itp rims and tires.

  • lincoln county?

  • Thanks for the compliments! This video was made in the Snowy Range about 40 miles west of Laramie Wyoming. Lots of fun!

  • do you live by rawlins wyoming

  • Nope. Its between Laramie and Cheyenne

  • what would you guys think is the best atv for snow?

  • It is hard to say. I think the Yamaha does really well. Most ground clearance and lighter than the Polaris. But the Polaris is a twin cyln. 800cc. Lot more power. I have the yamaha so I might be a little biased.

  • i seen the sportsman and was wondering if its worth it? handle good in snow and mud?

  • I own the Yamaha, but my friends Polaris does really well. The 800 is a nice engine. He does well in the snow and mud. Could do better with nicer tires.

  • Yeah, I just got a sportsman 450 and the things nice but, once again, it would be better with better tires...

    Thanks for the advice man...

  • How do you guys like the Grizzly??....im actually lookng at buying one!

  • Goes really well. The placement of the radiator is perfect for mud and snow. Good ground clearance.

  • Nice video bud i love ridin in the snow. I never knew before how important the placement of the rad and fan are until i messed mine up in a swamp. Just for a new sensor and fan it was over 300 from polaris, not including the labor that i got done by a private guy. I dont know too much about fixin them though. But nice video!

  • i fell bad for the camera man lol

  • real nice vid i got a grizzly my self love it nothing stops them... let me ask u wut program did u use to edit the video ?? im lookin 4 a real good one easy to use .. thanks alot keep them commin ....

  • Thanks. can't wait to see your videos. I just used Movie maker. It allows sound, still shots and video.

  • Movie maker ? who makes it an where can i get it ?

  • It is bundles with XP and Vista from Microsoft. I have Vista Home from a Media Center upgrade. Pretty easy to use and comes with OS.

  • hmm well i got xp home ed do u think i might have it allready.???

  • yea no dice man i aint got it on my xp nore can i find how or where to get it im a lil pissed cuz this is crap they cost like 50 or better i just got the canon hg10 an wanna make some sick movies but i cant lol .. this sucks hahaha

  • if you cant find it I think you can download it at microsofts website for free

  • get a snowmobile
