France is probably the most socialist European country. Their unemployment rate is 10% and has been at least that high for years. The US panics when ours approaches 6%. Their GDP has grown at 1.8% since 1991. The U.S.'s has grown at 3.1% in the same period. Just a couple more real facts to try to break your ignorance.
