It's a waste unfortunately... it doesn't take regular pistol ammo, so you have to buy a new one every time you run out of ammo. I think it's better to just fully upgrade the SMG. In the story missions they always give you ammo for the SMG's and when fully upgraded they do more or at least the same damage as the sig gun.

yo you can change direction of the balloon by walking up to the side of the basket that you want to head and just ran into the wall eventually it will head that way.

yeah and if you go far enough away and come back theres another balloon, land close enough to it, shoot off the sand bags then when you get in one and fire it up the other fires up to even though your not in it! And so both balloons go floating up in the sky! Getting a helicopter and attaching it to the balloon is funny to, oh and dont worry its floats in water to!! lol
