I agree everytime I search for information about MaxGXL I only hear benefits but recently I've heard that the IGF-1 hormone increasing components of MaxGXL actually causes cancer. I just wish there was more objective and scientific information with the full truth and not just about how great the product is
Hey jrizos Thank you for making this video and getting the word out. I was a child of Amway. I could present their 'plan' by the time I was 8 years old and explain PV and BV points. This sort of ML marketing is for wishful thinking people who lack critical thinking skills. Certain people and companies love to take advantage of people who are intellectually lazy. It's definitely unfortunate that people continue to be taken advantage of.

You do no favors by mis-educating and making critical comments. Factual report of the product will carry much more weight,ie. L-glutathione as a supplement is poorly absorbed due to gastric acids. Max GXL and other forms,(topical, sublingual) have a "carrier" to protect the antioxidant and allow for best delivery.
I have a question for Max GXL people. How the hell are people who are suffering from a chronic disease able to afford $85 for one bottle!! We are off work because of this chronic disease and not receiving the kind of money it takes to buy this!!If it was such a good product they would price it so high and make it available at the store level so more people could. !access it! Appreciate the video, its nice to see the other side of things. I don't doubt that get rich quick selling Max is a little far fetched, however I think there are some things being overlooked here. Someone very close to me profits $300+ mo. in his spare time selling Max. It has helped him (48 years old) feel better than when he was a kid. It has helped his parents with arthritis, headaches, sleep, and many other things. and the list goes on. Try it and then ask if its worth selling.....
We would not have most modern amenities if it were not for direct marketing. VCR, Microwave, CD, DVD, and Cell Phones, and Tupperware, all of this started out in "Direct Marketing" business models. People buy the products and continue to buy them because the do what they say they do, with proof to back it up. Most direct marketing models are legit and there are over 1 thousand of them in the US alone. Personally, I work MANY more hours than any 9-5er and get paid for my hours.
I've tried MAX GXL and it does work....but it gave me terrible gas and extreme upset stomach problems.
Unheated whey protein also gives good results in helping your body in creating Glutathione. Max GXL works but I prefer my unheated whey protein as it does not give me indigestion as MAX GXL does.

What "miracle drug" are you talking about. This is a Glutathione production enhancer. The key ingredients are NAC, Vit C and Alpha Lipoic Acid... it's boosts your Glutathione which is your bodies free radical defense. If there is any type of scam here, it's the fact that it's a bit expen$ive. I make my own from raw materials but few want to get into that. I think you need to do some research before getting a "feeling" about a product based on the fact it's an MLM business (beside the point)
NAC is the precursor to glutathione. This is really cheap to buy on iherb. You don't need to pay the exorbitant prices of MAXGLX it's all just MLM crap . Buy some, NAC, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Selenium, Milk Thistle and you'll have a better and much cheaper version of MAXGLX. Just read what is in MAXGLX, several of the ingredients don’t raise glutathione. Type into your search engine precursor for glutathione and you’ll work it out.
This guy is right. It's simple multiplication. This business structure of enrolling others who then enroll others (and so on and so on) is unsustainable. There aren't enough people to keep this going beyond a few levels. Basically, you may achieve your goal of enrolling a specific amount of people (if you're lucky), but you're probably screwing over the people that you enroll below you, because they never will, and they will lose money.

I was recently made aware of the Max products and as a researcher (who has published work concerning glutathione) was asked to for my thoughts on the product. It seems that the more I look into this the more like a scam it appears to be. It was interesting to find your video amongst the sea of of what can best be described as "pro" MAXGXL commercials made by product distributors. I think that people should read the book called "bad science" by Ben Goldacre then re-assess the product!

1) Max International was founded by 2 well known media giants, Guthy-Renker & Steven Scott. Long time competitors who collaborated. Must be something pretty special for that to happen, huh?
2) The products are backed in hard science. For example MaxGXL has a Composition Patent, 1 of only 13 nutraceuticals in history to be awarded that.
They only reason why doctors don’t prescribe this is cause then it would have to be put out on the market. Drug companies aren’t going to do this they are to corrupt they don’t want a solve all solution if they aren’t going to make millions off it

SD, upon further research I have little doubt that this product will produce short term results in users. It contains as ingredients several tried-and-true (and usually MUCH cheaper) supplements, which should be effective regardless of the packaging.
Of greater concern is the company's own report of increased plasma levels of Insulin-Like Growth Factor 1 (IGF-1), an endocrine hormone. Increased levels of IGF-1 have been associated with and implicated in the mechanisms of tumerogenesis.

If this product is so great, why have the first few pages of Google and youtube hits for "Maxgxl complaint" return nothing but Maxgxl advertising with "complaint" worked into the subject line? Would a company that sells a worthwhile and safe product need to resort to a Google saturation tactic?

I do find some but just like the "pumped up statements" from associates of Max there is also pumped up statements from dissatisfied consumers. Remarks are great, but where is the proof. Max International is in the BBB and have an A rating. If there were legitimate complaints against this company then the rating would show as such.

@MsElizarr I personally suffer from Psoriasis over 100% of my body AND I have keep having Steven's Johnson syndrome occur. I have lost all of my skin so many times I look like a horrible burn victim that goes through the burn about every 90 days over and over again. I started taking this product and in 5 FIVE days I have started seeing results from this product. Placebo effect NO WAY. Network Marketing companies are a tough field, but the product is legitimate. Saying a company is a scam IS slander, it's not just you're "opinion" ...I don't see the company imploding, considering its growth.
As someone who's aware of the science behind the product, I have to ask whether you did ANY research at all. It's not just an amino acid, it's 3 tripeptides that go to form the body's chief anti-oxidant - glutathione. The reason other people aren't selling Max GXL is the composition patent - no one else is even allowed to make something that contains the ingredients in Max. Before the company, the doctor who invented the product used it to help people for years.
It's not a pyramid scheme, it's direct marketing. Everyone's at an even "level." It's still used by people in hospitals, not just sold through the network company. Look up Dr. Robert Keller, he was the inventor (he'd dead btw).
@jrizos You can buy Max as a customer though they charge more when you are not an associate. I disagree with the assessment of multilevel/network marketing. Many are scams, that's true, but the legitimate reason to use them is that the marketing is very inexpensive to the company. They companies rely on the efforts of other and word of mouth to push the products, with minimal investment in traditional media, which is expensive. It's good to be wary, but Amway, Avon and Mary Kay have succeeded
I've been in the supplement industry for years and have access to tens of thousands on formulas and products on the market. I looked up the ingredients in the max gxl product, and quite honestly it's nothing special. There are formulas just like it in QUALITY supplement stores at 1/3rd to 1/4th the price. I recommend and take a product called Liver-X which is made my MRM, a solid company. Either way, the ingrediets in max gxl just does not justify the price.

MAX International is a binary plan MLM and so it is in reality a pyramid. The product sells for $85 with tax and shipping. You need to have over 22 billion people in your downline by the 22nd level and still you would need more to keep it going.

I have no idea about Max products but network marketing is a solid business model. Check out Amway, Mary Kay, and many others. They are multi-billion dollar companies and decades old. Network marketing requires total dedication, motivation, and persistence. Unfortunately, a large % of our population don't possess these qualities. I would bet you are one of them. Selling the dream of financial independence with MLM is a mirage for 90+% of distributors. The MLM industry statistics are that on average only 10% of distributors get a commission check each month. Of that 10%, 80% do not make enough to sustain themselves as a full-time income. Industry-wide company statistics show that 90% of distributors drop out of each company within a 1-2 year period. The distributor churn rate is terrible.

one of the products in MaxGXL is Glutathione which is very important to our health. It's naturally produced in our bodies within our cells. The research i've done says it is not easily accepted into our bodies orally. It is more effective when it is injected. It does work better than vitamin C and E. Doctors are experimenting with it in cancer patients. It seems cancer patients have less of it. Max GXL is direct marketing and each person should read up on it to make an informed decision.

This company, and many others like it that rip people off, get away with it under the eyes of the government because they have bent their operations -just- enough to avoid breaking current laws. They have a product, which removes them from the realm of pyramid scheme by 1 tiny spte. But ultimately, you cannot recruit forever. THAT is what makes this a scam at the most basic level.
And let's put it this way, telephone companies have already started to use this model because the standard business model is not working in the same way anymore. Let's see this guy income and it's going to be something hilarious.
It's sad that people like this get exposure with their ignorance. Just google Network Marketing and learn the difference between it and Pyramids.
Ok, this is a guy who has no idea of what network marketing is all about, just look for companies like Avon, Amway, Herbalife, Jafra, Mary Kay, Omnilife, NuSkin, Forever Living, all billion dollar industries for over 10 years (some of them over 40 to 60 years old and effective) and the products are always ahead of store technology.

I can understand how frustrating it is to try and evaluate a business like Max International. Their compensation plan is rather confusing.
I joined, bought product every month for about 5 months. Brought in a person on my team, that person introduced someone else into the business. I was doing the math and I have generated over $2000 in revenue from my own purchases and the purchases of my team. Now my problem is that It has made me less then $100 in bonuses and commissions. Bad ROI.

I'm glad you find it helpful. It is easy to fall into cognitive dissonance when you've just dropped $80 for a month's supply of vitamin pills. Easier still, to fall into the placebo effect. One need not even dispute the effectiveness of the supplement, MLM (pyramid) companies are all deceptive, if MaxGxl is not, then it is the FIRST.

I agree everytime I search for information about MaxGXL I only hear benefits but recently I've heard that the IGF-1 hormone increasing components of MaxGXL actually causes cancer. You do no favors by mis-educating and making critical comments. Factual report of the product will carry much more weight,ie. L-glutathione as a supplement is poorly absorbed due to gastric acids. Max GXL and other forms,(topical, sublingual) have a "carrier" to protect the antioxidant and allow for best delivery.

Appreciate the video, its nice to see the other side of things. I don't doubt that get rich quick selling Max is a little far fetched, however I think there are some things being overlooked here. Someone very close to me profits $300+ mo. in his spare time selling Max. It has helped him (48 years old) feel better than when he was a kid. We would not have most modern amenities if it were not for direct marketing. VCR, Microwave, CD, DVD, and Cell Phones, and Tupperware, all of this started out in "Direct Marketing" business models. People buy the products and continue to buy them because the do what they say they do, with proof to back it up. Most direct marketing models are legit and there are over 1 thousand of them in the US alone. Personally, I work MANY more hours than any 9-5er and get paid for my hours.

I've tried MAX GXL and it does work....but it gave me terrible gas and extreme upset stomach problems.
Unheated whey protein also gives good results in helping your body in creating Glutathione. Max GXL works but I prefer my unheated whey protein as it does not give me indigestion as MAX GXL does.
MAX GXL works but there are cheaper and more tasty alternatives.

To be more clear I have many friends in Puerto Rico doing this business, and they are making 20K to 40K a month. Can anyone live with this kind of income? If not, that person has a problem. The key ingredients are NAC, Vit C and Alpha Lipoic Acid... it's boosts your Glutathione which is your bodies free radical defense. If there is any type of scam here, it's the fact that it's a bit expen$ive. I make my own from raw materials but few want to get into that. I think you need to do some research before getting a "feeling" about a product based on the fact it's an MLM business (beside the point)

NAC is the precursor to glutathione. This is really cheap to buy on iherb. You don't need to pay the exorbitant prices of MAXGLX it's all just MLM crap . Buy some, NAC, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Selenium, Milk Thistle and you'll have a better and much cheaper version of MAXGLX. Just read what is in MAXGLX, several of the ingredients don’t raise glutathione. Type into your search engine precursor for glutathione and you’ll work it out.

This guy is right. It's simple multiplication. This business structure of enrolling others who then enroll others (and so on and so on) is unsustainable. There aren't enough people to keep this going beyond a few levels. Basically, you may achieve your goal of enrolling a specific amount of people (if you're lucky), but you're probably screwing over the people that you enroll below you, because they never will, and they will lose money.

I was recently made aware of the Max products and as a researcher (who has published work concerning glutathione) was asked to for my thoughts on the product. It seems that the more I look into this the more like a scam it appears to be. It was interesting to find your video amongst the sea of of what can best be described as "pro" MAXGXL commercials made by product distributors. I think that people should read the book called "bad science" by Ben Goldacre then re-assess the product!

1) Max International was founded by 2 well known media giants, Guthy-Renker & Steven Scott. Long time competitors who collaborated. Must be something pretty special for that to happen, huh?

One of my good friends works for the company and all he does it try to sell it to me, completely brainwashed by the company, it is ridiculous. That is to say, while this product may (at an inflated price) make you feel good in the short term, it may have the most serious of long term health implications. More research is certainly needed, which is where FDA approval comes into play.

SD, upon further research I have little doubt that this product will produce short term results in users. It contains as ingredients several tried-and-true (and usually MUCH cheaper) supplements, which should be effective regardless of the packaging.

Very well said. A family member has joined the "Max family" and keeps trying to get me to take this non-FDA-approved product. Wish he'd seen this first.
If this product is so great, why have the first few pages of Google and youtube hits for "Maxgxl complaint" return nothing but Maxgxl advertising with "complaint" worked into the subject line? Would a company that sells a worthwhile and safe product need to resort to a Google saturation tactic?

I do find some but just like the "pumped up statements" from associates of Max there is also pumped up statements from dissatisfied consumers. Remarks are great, but where is the proof. Max International is in the BBB and have an A rating. If there were legitimate complaints against this company then the rating would show as such.

I am a member of this company. I know people who have been in this company who are making 25,000 dollars a month. It is an effective strategy. It has basically cured cancer in several people that i know. Fixed sclerosis of the liver. My dad had fibromialgia, and magically when he took it no more fibromialgia. I hope those of you who have watched this video do your own homework on this product. Yes there are others with the same formula however not to the degree this product can enter your cells...which is why it has a patent by Dr Keller. I personally joined last night for 49.00 to purchase product for 69.00...I also spend 100.00 a year on a Costco membership to purchase there. How is this much different? I have lost all of my skin so many times I look like a horrible burn victim that goes through the burn about every 90 days over and over again. As someone who's aware of the science behind the product, I have to ask whether you did ANY research at all. It's not just an amino acid, it's 3 tripeptides that go to form the body's chief anti-oxidant - glutathione. The reason other people aren't selling Max GXL is the composition patent - no one else is even allowed to make something that contains the ingredients in Max. Before the company, the doctor who invented the product used it to help people for years.

It's not a pyramid scheme, it's direct marketing. Everyone's at an even "level." It's still used by people in hospitals, not just sold through the network company. Look up Dr. Robert Keller, he was the inventor (he'd dead btw).

@jrizos You can buy Max as a customer though they charge more when you are not an associate. I disagree with the assessment of multilevel/network marketing. Many are scams, that's true, but the legitimate reason to use them is that the marketing is very inexpensive to the company. They companies rely on the efforts of other and word of mouth to push the products, with minimal investment in traditional media, which is expensive. It's good to be wary, but Amway, Avon and Mary Kay have succeeded

I've been in the supplement industry for years and have access to tens of thousands on formulas and products on the market. I looked up the ingredients in the max gxl product, and quite honestly it's nothing special. There are formulas just like it in QUALITY supplement stores at 1/3rd to 1/4th the price. I recommend and take a product called Liver-X which is made my MRM, a solid company. Either way, the ingrediets in max gxl just does not justify the price.

I've been in 3 different MLM companies. The ONLY way it works is if you have a PROVEN system to RECRUIT and SELL your product.

I tried MAX GXL and at first it really helped my arthritis and lower back problems. I soon started having reactions to MAX GXL. UNable to sleep and extreme indigestion. Allergic reaction my doc told me.
MAX International is a binary plan MLM and so it is in reality a pyramid. The product sells for $85 with tax and shipping. You need to have over 22 billion people in your downline by the 22nd level and still you would need more to keep it going.

Yes it is MLM. But a lot of MLM's today have legitimacy unlike the 80's and 90's. Those were Pyramid Scheme's. No produc or a paper based produc(travel brochures) with no real backing. Today's MLM's have backing and legitamacy. Laws prevent REAL MLM's which are just money pushes from succeeding anymore. Trust your research and as it says on the box, CHECK your ALERGIES. I have no idea about Max products but network marketing is a solid business model. Check out Amway, Mary Kay, and many others. They are multi-billion dollar companies and decades old. Network marketing requires total dedication, motivation, and persistence. Unfortunately, a large % of our population don't possess these qualities. I would bet you are one of them. Selling the dream of financial independence with MLM is a mirage for 90+% of distributors. The MLM industry statistics are that on average only 10% of distributors get a commission check each month. Of that 10%, 80% do not make enough to sustain themselves as a full-time income. Industry-wide company statistics show that 90% of distributors drop out of each company within a 1-2 year period. The distributor churn rate is terrible.

one of the products in MaxGXL is Glutathione which is very important to our health. It's naturally produced in our bodies within our cells. The research i've done says it is not easily accepted into our bodies orally. It is more effective when it is injected. It does work better than vitamin C and E. Doctors are experimenting with it in cancer patients. It seems cancer patients have less of it. Max GXL is direct marketing and each person should read up on it to make an informed decision.

ANY company that says you have to pay THEM to be come an employee - thats a red flag right there. This company, and many others like it that rip people off, get away with it under the eyes of the government because they have bent their operations -just- enough to avoid breaking current laws. They have a product, which removes them from the realm of pyramid scheme by 1 tiny spte. But ultimately, you cannot recruit forever. THAT is what makes this a scam at the most basic level.

I can understand how frustrating it is to try and evaluate a business like Max International. Their compensation plan is rather confusing.
I joined, bought product every month for about 5 months. Brought in a person on my team, that person introduced someone else into the business. I was doing the math and I have generated over $2000 in revenue from my own purchases and the purchases of my team. Now my problem is that It has made me less then $100 in bonuses and commissions. Bad ROI.

You have no idea of what you are talking about. Someone should slap your mother and father for raising such a person with with a small brain. I have a friend in the business (which cost a whopping $49 to get in the business) and the product has helped many people with health and income. You really need to get a life and grow up.

For brightness, I don't see any other choice but to shoot outside. Indoors video = meh.
Outdoors with natural light = yeah!
