neither of the dancers were white, the first locker was Sugapop, a Samoan, born in NZ but raised in Hawaii and Cali, the 2nd dude Mexican he ripped it, and the 3rd dude was JR Boogaloo another Samoan from Oside, CA.. - all were off hte nook, but no black or white dudes danced

locking and popping are two different styles of dancing. The dancing in the first half is locking, the dancing in the second is popping. Poppers hit, or "pop", at every beat of a song. Sorry, but I don't know much about locking outside of what it looks like. =/
