  • It is called Lulanjina Wild Balsam Pear Detoxifying & Whitening Cream! goes for about $17 on amazon :)

  • HEY! so after I saw this video I just realized that my mom has a very similar product to this one your reveiwing. It seems to work the same and it works awesome for me and my friend. It is a lot CHEAPER.

  • do you moisturize before or after using this product?

  • @day2Dawn

    After

  • why does everything look bigger online..well I just got mine and cant wait to use it =)

  • I ordered the samples for this after watching your video and I am officially obsessed with this product. It has done wonders for my skin. Whenever I get a little whitehead or if I have a current pimple it completely erases it. My makeup goes on much smoother and any serums I use on my face actually seep in and do their job. I live in Los Angeles so I've been trying to hit up some Asian and Japanese cosmetic stores to save me the shipping charges, but none carry it. It's completely worth it!

  • You had a black spot on your nose ;P

  • @annalagerstrom

    It's my birthmark lol

  • I just pointed the wrong way .. lol

  • Thank you so much for sharing the samples website much appreciated. I got my samples last week and this is honestly working a treat thus far my mums used one of the samples too :)

  • I wonder if this is similar to ElishaCoy BB All-In-One Cleanser...

  • im need to youtube and the only rason i signed up is to comment on your videos : )

  • there was dupe of this product called L'EGERE PURIFYING

  • I had the dupe of those thing called L'EGERE Purifying Facial Peeling Gel.

  • Do you think it would be okay to use during the dry-skin winter months?

  • ohwp nvm, just heard the part in your vid where you used it 3 times :)

  • I had the dupe of those skin care called L'EGERE Purifying B.B Facial Peeling Gel ( Made In Japan ), also a lot cheaper.

  • Is that a mole or freckle on your nose? It looks cute!! =P

  • @beautywithinevery1

    mole/birthmark/beautymark

  • I've used a similar product to this before! I know it's Asian but I don't remember the name, but then again I probably couldn't read it anyway. haha.

  • Frutique-Papaya Enzyme exfoliating gel!! there is ur dupe(: its like 5-7 dollars its at sally's(: i had samples of it and i love it(: check it out please please please(: ha

  • Its 1 bottle sold every 20 seconds :)

  • okay screw the price! I'm getting this >: D

  • im soo glad i live in japan and i saw this video i went to a shopping place and bought this product i love it soo much :DD

  • I just purchased mine. :) i cant wait to start using it. I have to wait till Nov 10th for it to ship.

  • Ice Elements 2-Minute Miracle Exfoliating Gel is really similar

  • tutorial on this look!!

  • you are so preeeettttty

  • omg im so excited to try dis!

  • 1 bottle sold every 12 seconds. WOW! I have got to try this when I move! Don't wanna have something sent to my address when I'm not here anymore.. I also get excited seeing results like that. Don't know why lol. The first site, cheaper. Of course ships after November 10th haha.

  • i loooove your eye makeup in this video:) i would love a tutorial on it

  • I tried the free samples and I was amazed at the results. My skin afterward was really smooth and the dead skin cells were all gone. Awesome review and I'm looking forward to your other reviews in the future! <3

  • aww i live in california, but i have to wait until nov. 10 to get this.

  • :))))

  • Love ur videos :))))

  • wow, i totally want to buy this now! thanks sam :)

  • gorgeous ! great review loves, thanks !

  • Omg.... That's Awesome.

  • @sodoki1

Possibly! This product is definitely pricey... I personally like it better than the laneige one from my experience with both... and I also went through my laneige product super fast in comparison to the cure.

  • Hey sam! Can you do an updated fave makeup vid? Fave eyeshadow, blush, founfation etc? Thx =)

  • @12hoursleep

Everything is pretty much the same sadly lol Fav blush is still benefits coralista.... fav foundation is still maybelline superstay, powder is still cargo, liner is still dolly wink... darn I'm boring, or maybe my HG haven't been beat yet lol :P

  • The other one here in Hong Kong with Mangosteen is more popular.

  • i use something like this, but its a different product. it's called the visible solutions one minute wonder from max international... my brother sells vitamins, etc for the brand, which is how i tried this product. it's amazing :]

  • I was really wondering about this! I also wondered if it was just the product balling all up and not actually skin but if you tried it 3 times and it didn't do that then that is good! This will be on my wish list to try one day =D your skin does look amazing btw!

  • Your hairs so straight. Does it stay like that through out the day? because the straightener im using doesn't keep my hair straight all day

  • @Miisz786

Yes it does! But my hair is also naturally pretty straight so that probably plays a factor.

  • lol my exfoiliator ia 99p check out my vids :P

  • Mix a little sugar and honey and you also won't have dead skin cells anymore. Super cheap-super easy

  • @GloryMidnight

That is true, a good affordable DIY exfoliator.

  • I have been wanting to try this stuff for forever! Amazing review. :)

  • i think someone at the mall demonstrated this on my hand once. you know, one of those people that grab you when youre tryna escape after you spent half your life savings... and they try to get you to buy something? yea, i remember this. it was pretty cool and made me kinda embarrassed cuz there was so much stuff coming off my hand lol. but yea... that was back when i had no idea how important and good exfoliating was!

  • @killuinursleep

LOL those people are sooo pushy

  • do you think a latina can use this product?

  • @hipOheadx3

    I wouldn't see a reason to say you can't!

  • @saaammage Oh Ok! Thanks(:

  • Today I bought the one from sallys and it was only 12.99 it works great! doesn't make my skin feel tight nor does it burn. Great alternative to those who don't want to spend 35 bucks

  • how many ounces of product are there?

  • @fanofmakeupartist

Sadly I'm not sure due to the measurements being in japanese lol and I'm a bit too lazy to convert grams to ounces but it's 250 grams.

  • Does anyone know a good drugstore substitute for this product. It sound interesting but I don't want to really spend that much on it.

  • @MissKiaPet

Some commenters mentioned a product at Sally's that is similar.

  • I cant wait to try this! I like that it doesn't have the hard beads that can be harsh on the skin... random but sccastaneda just made a Domo nail tutorial! I instantly thought of you lol check it out :)

  • @Jbsa1998

LOL I saw it! A lot of people tweet domo nail tutorials to me on a daily basis so I think I'll see them all eventually haha.

  • That is pretty awesome! I love your videos and I'm going to have to try that!!!

  • im not sure why but ur face color doesnt match ur nack color. did u get lighter or is it the light that makes it look this way

  • @Makeupbyshortylocs

It's the light... since the lighting set up. The flaws with artificial light ya know? It is mainly focused on my face so it causes discoloration and cameras typically misrepresent the accuracy of face makeup.

  • OMG i always have little skin build up around my nose and chin so i HAVE to get this thank u uuuuuuuu!♥<333333333333333333333

  • omg i have been wanting to try this out fot the longest time so thank u soooo much!!!

  • Is it really your skin coming off or is it just the product foaming up like that? Is there a smell to it..?

  • @nkaujhnub86

Slight chemical peel sort of smell. I would say dead skin is really coming off because the visible dead skin patches I have under my lip and my nose do go away after using the product.

  • Oo I always get dead skin cells around my nose too Haha! x

  • Just want to remind you that your gorgeous! =)

  • @teedaniels23

    :) thank you

  • Looks like an interesting product. In your opinion, do you think it could work on legs? I'm mean, why not, right?! Just thinking about when we shave and we sometimes get those little ingrown hairs due to non-exfoliation.... a possible solution for that?

    Great review girl, as always.

Like I've said before, I have never missed a review & I don't buy anything new on the market until it's gone through you :)

  • @HoolaHonoluluHoney

Awww :) I appreciate that you trust my opinion!

I agree about the legs... why not? I didn't expect it to work so well on my hand to be honest lol

  • theres a much cheaper alternative (same effective but much more gentle): ginvera marvel gel. search it on ebay. i bought a third bottle of it...its great

  • @channelofkate

    I'll look into it!

  • i recently purchased this after seeing you upload a picture of it on your twitter! i saw bubz and jen's review about it before as well so i couldn't wait to try itttt! <33

  • @siicksjyk

Did you fall in love with it? :P

  • I really wish i could buy this, but its so expensive. Impossible..

  • @Maryzinha0365

Supposedly there are more affordable similar products according to some of the comments! Worth a shot right?

  • @saaammage They were talking about a Sally beauty supply product.. We don't have that store here :c

  • @Maryzinha0365

:( aww sorry. I tried lol

  • @Ambersaidit

Understandable =/ skin care recommendations are hard to do because we are all so different!

  • I did a review of this product and laneige too, and I agree with you! Thankss

  • Tutorial on this look it's GORGEAOUS

  • I actually never heard of this. OOh next time im going to asia im going to pick this up

  • I've used "Missha Super Aqua Detoxifying Peeling Gel" looks almost the same when you use it on your hand. But I'm not sure if they both work the same cause I didn't try this one :)

  • The product i have does the exact same thing, Its only 12 dollars from sallys beauty supply. Frutique Papaya Exfoliating Gel. I've been using it for 4 months :) It is really amazing.

  • @Xphobe001X

Someone else said that as well! I'm gonna look into it :)

  • @Xphobe001X Awesome...I'm going to go check it out. I got something similar in my Birchbox and I love it, but I don't want to pay the price tag. I'm headed to Sally's this afternoon! :)

  • Naruko have a peeling gel which is way cheaper and works just as well. Made of natural ingredients as well

  • A ton of other Asian companies make peeling gels, like Laneige and Etude House. But other companies tend to use fragrances and things that might irritate skin.

  • Bubbi loves this!

  • I get the dry patches in the creases of my nose and under my lip too, I hate it! This would definitely be worth it, my current exfoliator gets everything BUT those two places . :(

  • I always watch your reviews, even when I know I can't buy the product.

  • They also have the same for a company called Vivo. Not sure how much tho, I got it from my sis.

  • Hi! Love your vids... I a lot or Korean face product brands sell this and they call it peeling gel....much cheaper as well.. If you ebay search peeling gel, and you'll see a lot of Korean brands like laneige, skin food, missha, and etc... Koreans are serious about their skin too!

  • @agychan

I've used the laneige strawberry peeling gel and a skin food one before... but it just doesn't compare in my book result wise personally though the price is nicer! But they are affordable alternatives.

  • Do you still use the Laneige Water Sleeping Mask??

  • @msbabylaine

Nope, I use Vani Cream (shown in my september favs and recent cvs haul) now because I ran out of laneige's sleeping mask a couple months ago... and as much as I love it I was too lazy to order it off of ebay and wait almost a month for it to get here. Plus for winter I need more moisture than the water mask provides for night time.. I might switch back for next spring/summer.

  • Love your eye makeup!! I'm totally gonna try that! So pretty on you! :)

  • i get so excited when your videos pop up in my suscriptions <3

  • @cconsunto

:) yay I hope your excitement doesn't die down over time =P

  • @IIIlIIlllI

I paid $34 for it and most of the ebay ones are basically.. $33 and some change (like $33.90, $33.60) so it's around the same price pretty much :P

  • Oh cool! This is the first I've heard of this product! Definitely gonna check it out! Love your vids

  • @BeautyLover808 i too have purchased thru beauty carosel & they were great & even sent me 2 free samples of the aqua gel when I bought my eyebrow tattoo marker.

  • This product works beautifully for eczema!! It does not irritate the skin.. Very gentle. Been using it for over a year.. I also love DNC cleanser

  • theres a shop called ecosway which sells something similar to this, does the same thing, i use it

    and its only 10 dollars.

  • @BakaPowah

Ooo thats a good affordable alternative.

  • I love this product so much! Its my favorite exfoliator of all time. I use a nickel amount and afterwords there wasn't a trace of dry skin and it was the smoothest my skin has ever felt almost like glass or something. I have sensitive, with acne and some very bad dry spots jsyk :)

  • @FishSkips

<333 I'm glad you love it too

  • This is like the Ginvera Marvel Gel that you can get in Asia :)

  • im from japan but i been here for like 2 yrs so i never heard of that product...i think i wanna tryy now :) thanx 4 sharing!! btw you are sooo pretty! <3

  • i cant wait to see your skin care video. im thinking of charging my skin care, have you tried clinique before?

  • @viviansayslmfao

I personally haven't used clinique in my skin care routines before... I've looked up reviews on a couple things and wasn't really impressed. I used their gel moisturizer once and it broke me out almost instantly so I'm kinda iffy about using any of their stuff to be honest. My skin care routine this time around is very simple.. which I like lol

  • I use the Sensation Spa Dead Sea Facial Peel by My Swisa and it's $54.99 online but on sale right now online for $49.99. Does the exact same thing...anything like this stuff and the stuff you use is AMAZING.

It saved my sister on her wedding day!!!!!!!!! Because she had burned her skin and it was all nasty and dry and it buffed it all out and made her look amazing!!!!!!!

  • Omg! I feel tht way to about the buildup under my lips nd sides of my nose. Never herd of anyone tht felt the same

  • I should try this out! ;)

  • love this review :) cant wait for the skin care routine!

  • I know a dupe!!! It's part of this like membership product thing... The company is called Atomy. They have thing skin care evening wash that works just like that. I personally find that the Cure is less moisturizing but depending on your skin type that can also affect the results. Hope this helps!

  • Naruko Marjoram/Lavender peeling gel along with a couple others from Naruko. Skin79 Crystal peeling gel, Missha Aqua peeling gel, Baviphat has one as well as

Ginvera, and several others, ALTHOUGH, Cure is the original and very very worth it.

  • @Justanotherbitchfest

Ooooo thank you for listing other similar products!

  • Woooww.. you're beautiful!

  • I love Holley and you :D

  • @BeautyLover808

A few of my friends have purchased from them and I haven't heard anything bad.

  • @BeautyLover808

    After cleansing.

  • OMG I LOVE YOUR MAKE UP!!!! PLEASE PLEASE DO A VIDEO ON THIS !!!!!

  • @ONELADYYOUADORE

    WILL DO!

  • Ok, now I need this. I have the same random dead skin patches even after I exfoliate. I also have a sense of satisfaction after seeing the blackheads on my nose patch things. XD so I presume i'll feel the same.

  • Ahhh your eye makeup is gorgeous! (: oh & of course so are you! <3

  • you are the COOLEST CHICK around! lol :)

  • hehe i can't, i just did it yesterday! haha i use murad clean scene gaga for glow. i got a sample from sephora and i loved it so much i bought a big bottle. it smells like the candy, nerds!

  • @melissaggallo

    :D will do

  • Make up tutorial on this look pleasee <3

  • @Tammyrox7

    I plan on it :)

  • I want to try this product now.

  • ahhhhhhhh you ALWAYS look so gorgeous<3

  • @ayooeunice

    Thank you :)

  • I heard the Frutique Papaya Exfoliating Gel at Sally's was a dupe for this.

  • @iheartscookie

Ooo I shall look into it!

  • Can u please tell me any exfoliating product that's best besides this and do you have any recommendation for acne product thing

  • @25angeli

Well this is my favorite exfoliator by far =P but there is always the st.ives apricot scrub... always an easy affordable find. Just a bit rougher. And acne spot treatment wise I'd recommend mario badescu's drying lotion.

  • haha watching this video makes me want to go exfoliate!!!

  • @RazzleFrat

    Exfoliate girl! lol

  • I JUST PURCHASED IT FOR $50 (with tax and shipping) BECAUSE YOUR REVIEW WAS SO CONVINCING D:

    can't wait though !!!!!!!

  • @yummieyummy

=X I hope you like it!!

  • hey sam! has this CURE thing helped with your hyperpigmentation marks? I got the C+M scar whitening roll on gel thing after watching one of your videos, and I am nearly out of it already after using it for only 1.5 months! :( i guess it helped a little, but mostly only my newly formed marks, didn't do much for my old acne marks. anywayyy have you gone and repurchased another one, or do you use something else for your hyperpigmentation now? thanks :)

  • @piggiesmalls4

I still like the C+M and I'm almost out (1/3 left) but I left it at my parents place -___- i keep forgetting to grab it. But lately I've just been dabbing Vitamin E Oil (from the gel capsules.. I just cut it and get the gel out) on the spots since I like to switch back and forth with hyper pigmentation treatments... so my face doesn't get too used to one.

  • you should definitely be careful not to use it too often or rub it too much because my mom overdid it and it literally took off an layer of her skin that wasn't dead and her face was raw and sore for quite a while

  • @msanniexu

EEEK! Don't worry, once a week is fine for me. I just tried 3x for review purposes... never again LOL

  • i LOVE your eye makeup

  • That's gross but SO cool. I want that stuff! :)

  • @twirlerrx3

I agree, but I had to show the coolness of it lol

  • This is very irrelevant to the video but do you answer the messages in your youtube inbox? I want to as you something but I don't want everyone to see it so if you see this please let me know the best way to contact you... privately..! Thanks!

  • @simplycliche

Yes I do answer my inbox messages :)

  • Thank you now I really want this and my mom wont pay 35 bucks of a skincare product. Poop

  • @christey123

    :( sorrrry

  • @saaammage It's okay I'll just save up my money p.s I'm 13 that why I can't buy it myself

  • @christey123

Understandable! I had to use my parent's cards when I was 13 too. And of course I always asked first =P

  • woow ! youve completely got me wanting to get this product because of this review !!

  • @yummieyummy

    It's awesome! lol

  • will you show us how you use oatmeal to cleanse your skin?

  • @iheartscookie

I do it the same way bubzbeauty does but yes I'll add a small clip into my skin care routine video when I talk about the cleansing portion of my routine. ;)

  • Hi Sam! I heard tons of great stuff about this product and yes, the downside is the price. Thanks for being so informative about the product! I'm officially a subscriber now! Oh I heard that there's a very similar product that does the same thing. It's by a Korean brand called L'egere. I haven't tried it and not sure if you have, but just throwing it out there in case you wanna try it 'cause it's cheaper than this, but received good reviews on youtube as well.

  • @Enchanteralle

I've tried it.. a year or something ago! Doesn't peel as much for me.. but smells much yummier. The Laniege Strawberry Yogurt Peeling product right?

  • @saaammage Oh no, that one is Laneige. I was referring to the L'egere purifying bb facial peeling gel. Country of origin is either Japan or Korea (I forgot). It's in a purple pump bottle and costs around $20. You can find it on imomoko or sasa.com. A reviewer on youtube tried it and said it's just as effective as the aqua gel.

  • aww you look so pretty sam!

    your just glowing! (:

oh i wanted to ask, i really want to try out the Cargo Pressed Powder

but if im a NC40 should i get the 30 or 40? lol

    thanks for the help ;p

  • @dempss1

I say #40 cargo from my judgement... I think 30 would be too light.

  • "A.k.a 90% really cool water" Best saaammage line ever! LMAO. I'm gonna have to give this a try my skin is too sensitive for scrubs and you sold me when you talked about the dry skin on the sides of your nose and your chin I have the same issue so you're not the only one lol.

  • @ShannaVinesa

Haha yay, I'm not crazy! lol

  • Can I please ask an OT question? I use the dollywink liquid like you do, and it stay on all day. I adore it , and thank you for recommending it. May I ask your opinion on UD's 24/7 liners?

  • @HazelEleanor

The UD 24/7 is too watery for me. The Dolly Wink is just the perfect consistency for me and it doesn't bleed... and dries fast when applied and like you said... last all day!... The ud 24/7 takes a lot longer to dry and a lot of it falls into my eyes even if I keep it shut =/ so I returned mine. Other's love it but me personally... I don't like it.

  • This really isn't relevant to anything in this vid, but at first I thought sam's hair was longer. I thought she got extensions or something lulz I love her hair ther way it is, but I think for the fall season she would look so cute with shoulder length or longer hair. Anyone agree? :3
