Walked through there today and can honestly say things are progressively getting worse. There's nowhere to get a quiet couple of minutes. Full of tramps/drunks/immigrants/ hanging around with nothing better to do.

The fact this town was once categorically in top 10 wealthiest cities of europe beggars belief.

It's fucking criminal- the older generations have let it go and they deserve a good beating for it.
