Quick scoping is just an exploit of a bug in the SOH Pro perk. Which is basically auto aim so all you need to do is get close to the enemy and pull the left trigger. As you will notice, you will not see any "quick scopers" not use SOH Pro. Thats because it is VERY difficult to do with out SOH Pro. So essentially quick scoping = Skill? Not so much. That being said i have no problem with quick scoping. It just annoys me that player are all quick scoping takes skill when it obviously does not.

quick scoping is not a true sniper tactic. i'm far more successful when i hard scope. ur accuracy is over all 60% higher when u don't quick scope. i nailed 14 guys in a row with the intervention while hard scoping. 9 of which were head shots.
