Not much difference between the two, the IRM's recommended range for enhancement is 10 to 65 feet, whereas the HIRL up to 66 feet.
The biggest difference, really, is that the IRM comes with an adaptor bracket for camcorders without a hotshoe, and the HIRL is for camcorders with a hotshoe. And the lighting adjustments are different on each; IRM has a dial, the HIRL is by switches and also has an auto setting.
agree with your come back cause he was just using the HVL-IRM light with out the nightshot which is what it is intended for cheers for the vid just what i was looking for
Hey where can you buy the HVL-IRM? I want it for my Sony DCR-DVD106 Handycam.

Did the night vision improve to the last version of the camera?
Cuz I saw a video of the previous camera which had choppy night vision video.

Try "videoget" that's a very good program to download videos from youtube and lots of other video sites.
Find it in google, or ask me.

I' m Sorry, I accidentally deleted your comment.
Now I know what you mean.
Being a Videophile (meaning i must have highest quality possible at all times) I personally upload my vids here in MPEG 2 which takes a bit of time.
It all depends what internet speed you have...
Go to speedtest-dot-com and have a look as this is how vids will look the sharpest.
Having said that, Ulead edtit Pro has a special feature for rendering directly to YouTube. I don't use it. Its also the best prgram for AVCH
Tramadol200mg 3 years ago
Out of them all, easiest, rendering time is fast, accepts every video format under the sun, many fx, full 1920x180p/i rendering..so on.
Ask me via PM about this program if you don't have it. I might be able to help you somehow.
Thnx
