  • @museguest

His pants are also baggy and he doesn't have a CAPO approved haircut.

    F$#%wit.

  • fuckn crazy strong Mr Hayhow! love it

  • Thats some insane shit. I weigh around the same weight as you. My current deadlift is only around 250kg due to a shitty, lazy training routine however i wanna follow that ed coan 10 week deadlift program. In the long run i want to hit 300kg+. I just wanted to knw if its possible to do so without roids coz i knw the raw drugrfree records around the low 300 kg benchmark?

  • @MrAdil2013 Its absolutely possible!!! Deadlifting 300 depends on a range of factors beyond drugs. "Roids" don't create 300kg deadlifts or else alll the cyclists in the Tour De France would be record setting Powerlifters too! ;-) And if you can get to 250kg with a shitty, lazy training routine then it sounds like you've got what it takes to get 300 with just a bit more hard work. Go for it.

  • @SNOK1986 On behalf of everyone on YouTube, I thank you for your insight Snok. Why don't you make a video of yourself quitting on a lift when it gets stuck to inspire people toward your way of thinking?

  • @BiologicLabs ah champ no need to get uptight here, i just said its a no lift if u were competing in powerlifting, but well done for getting it up good fight. What u want me to say? WOW u the best who ever lived etc plz man.

  • @SNOK1986 No-one wants you to say anything. It seems most people on YouTube just want you to fuck-off and be done with it.

  • damon, i want u to train me, ill contact u soon ;)

  • Dude, trust me. You'll love it!

  • nice pull!

  • whats your best pull in a powerlifting comp?

  • best was 332.5kg at 92kg when I was 19 years old. Still stands as an all-time Australian Record.

  • 332.5 kg in IPF (?) that`s sick!

  • naa i doubt it would have been IPF... bernie welsford holds the aussie ipf records.

  • @BiologicLabs Simply awesome mate. Any reason why you dont lift under the IPF? I personally think its the best federation.. but thats just my opinion. Either way your strength is amazing and good on you :D 10/10.

  • @nato600 I've always lifted with CAPO - the Australian arm of the WPC - because they were the first federation I met. I stayed because I met many great friends and amazing lifters for whom I still have huge respect and loyalty.

I have HUGE respect for the IPF too, Nato. They are the only fed that still requires a squat to be a squat and not a curtsy! I lifted with the them in 2003 and won my class in the State titles. I'd still be a member but then I wouldnt be allowed to lift in CAPO or OPO.

  • bitch

  • go damon!

  • straps, he draggs the bar, it's far away from the WR

  • REALLY? I had straps on??? And I hitched??? Next you'll be telling me I wasnt at a National Championships and so the lift wasnt eligible for an official WR anyway!?!!?! DAMN!!! ;-)

  • haha... Good answer. And amazing lift.

  • BLOODYHELL IS THAT NEAR THE WR ??

  • Hi Mike. Unfortunately its nowhere near the legendary Ed Coans 392.5kg in the WPC 100kg class. But it is 40kg over the current AWPC record for which I am qualified to compete for. I didnt actually realise until looking up the record to answer your question. I'll have to have a shot at that record at the next AWPC contest.

  • well thats amazing good luck, mike !

  • goddamn!! I don't even care about the hitching. Huge Pull!

  • fucken beast!!!!!! you rock Damon!
