  • I love kettlebells people tell you it takes only a few weeks to see the differense I cut out carbs and drink green tea do two hour of kettlebell a day and you can actually feel the difference and see it in 24 hrs seriously

  • ok, redid this with the 8kg as opposed to the 16 where i could do only 1 set lol..

    this time with the 8 a pink cast iron bell no less, i managed only 2 sets!

    it's my lower back that fatigues and stops me. any tips to build lower back endurance other than keep on going?

  • This looks like it really works now if I do this and p90x eat only crackers jog 12 miles a day and snort coke I can lose these extra 300 pounds lol nah just kiddin but I think imma buy a kettle bell and try this I really don't have time for a gym

  • he had figure 8 after 1 arm swings then in the review he skipped it and went right to squat press do you do the extra figure 8 every set

  • Ok, I did this workout two days ago and I couldn't get out of bed the next morning but, I looked better. I did the workout again today and it feels good! Great workout. I plan to do it 3X a week along with 30 min of cardio.

  • you're right it's the intensity not the weight..the weight is only a means not an end. good job!!

  • @Panumbian also keep the form as strick as u can, the poundage is not so critical; like the author said, even 20 lbs will give one a workout...=)

  • Twenty reps with a 20lber will give me a good workout for sure. I don't think I could complete the entire workout with my 40lb kb.
