I now have this working on IOS 5....Only difference is you seem to have the bars between phone | safari | mail.....but everything else besides the battery Icon looks the same ......your instructions will have to be modified quite a bit for IOS 5 and the install packages from cydia are a bit different

I was one of your followers on modmi.....I got this theme working on my Iphone 4 4.3.3. I just upgraded to IOS 5 and want to see if I can get it working agin....you did a great job ...best looking and easy to use theme I have used to date...
