  • Congratulations man, great performance :)

  • how long did it take for you to learn this? an average student? ahha im 15 and i want to learn this so bad

  • YOU'RE GOOD

  • This is, for me, the best interpretation of the ocean waves etude on youube. it's fluent, and you can notice all the keys being played.

  • Can't beleive... comparing with Czherny's etudes..that's fantastic!

  • Man, I'm such a big fan. Your czerny etudes are already my favorites, then I saw this video, looked at the channel, and realized it's the same guy who plays czerny. You're such a talent, seriously! keep it up! :)

  • i can play the first two seconds of it i'm trying to learn the next set of chords now, i know sum1 who canplay it and they say once you get the firts 20 seconds the rhtym and patter becomes bvery fluent and it does help in technique unbelievably! BUT HES A LEGEND AT PIANO!

  • Well played, but drop the tone right down before crescendi!

  • Its perfect and flawless!

  • Hahaha i liked how you had to rub and massage your fingers after you finished playing

  • U tebja pole etogo proizvedenija ruki boleli?

  • Molodets!!! Russkije ne kuda ne propadut so svoim tolantom:)

    Prosto klass!:)))

  • I don't understand if you are a man, or a lesbian, anyway you're great! :D

  • good pianist

  • wow:D I like your playing:X

  • Beautiful piece.

  • coo bro

  • i have an estonia piano too!!!!!!!

  • Superb

  • WOOWWWW!!!!

OMG! INCREDIBLE!! perfect ...i hope some day to do it like u!

  • @arad1601

you should learn to do it like you instead of copying this person. you get more from it if you put your own expression into it. good luck in learning it! I just started and had issues with ms 7 and 8.

  • Fantastic, and that piano is stunning! What size Estonia is it?

  • great job!

  • very impressed.

    *tips metaphorical internet hat

  • Well done, serious interpretation, I lke it. You could put more feelings to it...

  • Please ! please ! Who is this young pianist ? Do you know him ? Answer me please by e-mail to : gilles.bruneau78@wanadoo.fr

    Thank's a lot !

    Gilles

  • This is like playing the hole Through the fire and flames song at guitar hero at 3x the real speed, finishing it only 2:37 seconds with 100% accuracy ._.

  • This is better than lisitsa perfomance in many ways. just listen to it, is not about fast technique, It's about giving the right timing and getting the right melody

  • "First" playing of this etude ? Lol....I'm not convinced ! Sounds like you've been playing it quite a while. Bravo !

  • YOU ARE AMAZING!! I play this too but I ain't THAT good :D great job!

  • fantastic!

  • Currently learning this piece... I really do enjoy your interpretation the most. Every time I come back here, I still get chills, in a good way! LOL So inspirational!

  • Wonderfully done!!!! beautiful piece isnt it.

will you be able to send a copy of the sheet to me via email

    "jjohnjbell@hotmail.com"

    thanks a lot.

    Greatly played

  • Speechless .

  • you are really good!!!

  • What do you think about my Ocean 25 12 ? Nice played

  • congratulations youre a pro,youre very good

  • If it had a sixtieth star I would have rated as that.

  • I like particularly the sound quality of this instrument in particular, what kind of piano is it? could you tell us more about it? Doesn't sound like a modern Japanese (nothing against them) but has a special sound. Great job!

  • The "Estonia" piano it is

  • @klaverdaja I'm from Estonia :O

  • From wich year? It´s a new (less than 10 years) Estonia or a old school one (at the time of the video)?

  • @ispiseco For some reason the sound of this piano reminds me slightly of a Steinway - do you agree at all?

  • AMAZING!!!!!! you're so talented :)

  • I'm working on this one myself right now. You play it splendidly (and I would wager it has only gotten better since you first posted).

    Bravo !

  • sound quality is amazing for this. great job! what type of camera did u use to record?

  • I have no idea how you do that.

  • Panasonic nv-dx 100

  • @klaverdaja Sir. I read sheet music and i want to know if this piece its hard to learn

  • Viktor, you know how many times I have watched this?! You are amazing!!!! I hope you are doing good:)

  • Thank you so much, my dear!

    New videos coming soon :)

  • @klaverdaja You slick git

  • I heard Rubinstein play this is San Diego. It was an encore. His butt hitting the bench and the first notes of the etude occured at the same instant. I was sitting in the first row, could see his hands. You play it just as well.

  • i rated u a five. i love how clear and concise your notes are! it screams legato in every measure. so beautiful

  • i learned after i learned the first etude this etude wasnt as hard lol

  • Wow I'd love to be able to play this, I've just started the Op. 10 No. 9 Etude (:

  • HERMOSO!!! FABULOSO!!!

  • VERY smooth !

    well playing !

  • Go ahead man..show us all how you play that piece better :D

  • so, which are the hardest?

  • chopin etude op. 10 no. 2 is by far the most difficult.

  • really? have a crack at 10/4 at top speed and get back to me

  • Way ahead of you,

Op. 10 No. 2 is very technically challenging, more so than 10/4

  • I still find that hard to believe.

  • You should try Op. 10 No. 2, It's extremely demanding on the right hand. Thats where the real difficulty lies.

  • for me too. :-/

  • great! very clear! gratulations:) *****

  • Can you name all technique books you studied before playing Chopin Etudes? Since the very beginning please, that will be very helpful! Also how do you play scales? Thank you!

  • I can see stormy ocean :) I love this etude. My teacher is going to play it with me one day. Is it much difficult?

  • I don`t think so.

This is not difficult if you playing scales, chords and arpedgios :)

  • It is good :)

But still I think for me it will be difficult, haha.I will see :)

  • very good!5*

may I ask, what is the tonality of this etude? (I don't know if my mom has this partition...if so I will start it after my exams)

kind regards from one of your admirer,

    Nanouchka:)

  • This is c-moll or do minor. :)

  • You're pretty good, I'm currently learning this etude, how long did it take you to play it like that?

  • about 3 weeks

  • 3 weeks! man that's sharp!

  • Do you have a daily practice routine? Like, warm up on hanon or something like that? Also get some more jazz up there! : ) But this is fantastic too

  • EXCELLENT! VERY CLEAR! I think that you play better this etude than I:)

  • great ocean...great technico
