What brand is this tower? I hauled the mid section of a Siemens tower and is weighs 123,000lbs. The base section weighs 121,000lbs and the top somewhere around 100,000lbs (dont know the accurate weight of the top).
The dolly behind is steered by its onboard linkage automatically. There is a remote control over-ride that the pilot car can use, but it was not used in this case. The steering ratio of the automatic linkage is adjustable for different length loads.
This is a Katana Summit base at their plant in Ephrata WA. It's a damaged one that they use for training their new employees with.

Tare weight is 56,000 lb. not counting the truck. Capacity is 80 ton load.

Looks very light weight. What is the tare wt? Looks to be about 70,000 lbs?

Were the wheels behind the load controlled by the vehicle behind or from the ttuck towing it?
